After a decade of researching reputable tattoo removal in the U. S. I was confident that it was truly a universal blessing to have crossed paths and been able to pursue my tattoo removal journey with Craig at VanCity Tattoo Removal. My gratitude towards his professionalism is beyond any words I could use to express his excellent work, ethics and demeanor! Absolutely cannot recommend enough.

Can't say enough positive things about this shop and its super friendly and knowledgeable employees! I had a tragus piercing done here about a year ago — awesome experience, the piercer was super nice, talked me through each step of the process, and informed me thoroughly about how to care for the piercing and when I'd be able to change it.

Fast-forward a year, and I finally found the perfect piece of jewelry to change out my starter for — went back to Adrenaline for help putting it in, and the staff did a fantastic job with the switch! The jewelry was tricky to put in, and it was touch and go for a minute trying to make sure the post didn't end up stuck in my ear canal, but they were incredibly careful, gentle, and on top of things — shoutout to Dylan and Craig for their expertise! If I'd tried to do this at home, I would've ended up in the hospital for sure

Saving my pennies for my next piercing, and I'll definitely come back to Adrenaline for it!

I had a helix piercing done here today and I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied and happy I am with the entire experience! My friend and I came as a walk in and they were able to accommodate us asap. I also highly recommend asking for Dylan! He was thoughtful about placement and from start to finish, his professionalism, skill, and genuine care were unmatched!

Great customer service and atmosphere! Would recommend if you want piercers who care about you genuinely having a comfortable piercing you’re happy with.

I went to Craig for the removal of a large tattoo, and I can honestly say he made me feel so comfortable and like it was a safe space. He didn't make me feel stupid for any of the questions I asked, and when it was done he was really patient with me needing to lie down for a bit longer. He was also very informative and knowledgeable.
Tattoo removal isn't a fun time, but I would recommend Craig a million times over. Awesome dude, and the rest of the staff was just as sweet and patient. 10/10.

Got a Septum piercing done from Megan recently & she was an absolute pro at it. Made me feel so comfortable & the placement was bull's eye. No complication or inflammation after the piercing!

Take my kid to have ear piercing and their professional skills is amazing! Less than 5mins done all working and my kid not even cry for the pain.

Got my first tattoo removal session from Laurel and she was incredible! I got four tattoos removed during this session. The room was clean and the machine looks new. She was super friendly, answered all my questions, and did it quickly. She made sure to clean my arms before starting, I felt little to no pain. I can tell she really cared about how I was feeling during the whole experience which made me feel very comfortable. Afterwards she gently applied Aquaphor and wrapped each tattoo. I’m so excited to come back in September for my next session! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting tattoo removal and 100% recommend Laurel!

Jenny has been removing a few of my tattoos for a while now, she's always clean, honest, and communicative about the procedure. She's super outgoing and friendly to everybody that walks in the door! (she does piercings too!)
I finally got a cover up on one of the removals. Olya has done an amazing job. Can't wait for it to heal up! She's a fantastic artist, very clean and professional! She really listened to what I wanted and make it happen!

Got my first tattoo removal here with Craig! I was definitely nervous and not sure what to expect. However, Craig who’s very kind made me feel comfortable, safe, and provided lots of in-depth information/knowledge on what to expect. Craig made my experience very positive!

Got our daughters ears pierced here. It was painless and fantastic. Pricey, but great experience.

I came with my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Had to set an appointment.
Magen did a wonderful job! She was calm and sweet and did it quick and precise.
The girl (who is scared of needles) smiled and didn't have any pain!

Went there for helix and lobe piercing today. I had Meghan doing it for me. She’s amazing, very patient, gentle and professional. Most importantly, It was not painful. I would definitely find her again if I need more piercing.

I had heard good things about Adrenaline and so gave them a shot with a memorial tattoo for my recently deceased mom. Their website says they take walk ins so I walked in. It started off fine with them saying that Rodrigo would be in within 1/2 an hour and then they could fit me in. Rodrigo was late, which of course sometimes happens and because of the Rogers outage the same day, he wasn't able to communicate with the studio. He finally got there and instead of rescheduling me, they continued as planned and rushed the whole appointment. I got an infinity sign with "mom" and a side profile of a butterfly. He attempted to freehand a heart, which was off-centre so he finally went and printed an image but gave me no choice in whether that was the kind I wanted, and because he had tried to freehand it, the heart ended up looking like a triangle. He was clearly annoyed through the appointment, and probably for the front staff booking me and not actually at me, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. What was supposed to be a tribute to my beautiful mom is now also a bit of a reminder never to go to Adrenaline again. I even decided to pay someone else rather than go back to Adrenaline and Rodrigo for a free touchup. Gave 2 stars because in the end, the infinity symbol itself is beautiful. But not $200+ worth. Seriously. Never again.

Had an amazing experience getting 2 more piercings to each of my lobes yesterday! Was really nervous as my last piercing was done at a young age but everyone was exceptionally friendly and supportive. The piercings turned out beautifully and didn't even swell at all throughout the rest of the day: D Would definitely recommend.

I called to see if I could get a same or next day tattoo as I was in town for a short period of time. The receptionist was fast and friendly, giving me tips on who is available and how to best proceed. I was so pleased to have been able to secure an appt with Rodrigo whose b/w realism is amazing and he has the lightest touch I’ve ever had on any of my many tattoos. I will definitely be back soon and can’t recommend this shop enough

We called Saturday afternoon to ask for an appointment the next day. The first phone call was very easy and all our questions got answered quickly. They wanted to let us know on Sunday morning if they had time for us in the afternoon. I thought they probably won't or just forget. But they actually did!
We got an appointment for 2 hours.
It was our first time at this location, so I was a bit nervous. But I must say this was one of the best Tattoo experiences I had. Everyone was extremely nice.
Especially Paul, the tattoo artist. He spent a lot of time with us discussing what we wanted, and even changed the designs on the fly. He knows what he is doing. We are super happy with our tattoos and the experience. The price we paid was per hour, and it was a great deal. We will come back for sure!

I had my nostril pierced here and it was good. The studio was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. It was done very quickly, the whole appointment took 5ish minutes. Highly recommend.

If you're wanting to get your child's ears pierced and they're a little nervous or scared, I would highly recommend Michael. He is lovely - upbeat, positive, and professional. The shop itself is fun, spacious, and super-clean. Highly recommend.

I went in today to get a nose piercing and was helped by an amazing guy named Michael. Totally professional and such amazing customer service. I highly recommend him for your next piercing.

Super clean space with some cool merchandise (couldn't help myself, had to buy a make up bag). I had an appointment with Craig for laser removal and was feeling a bit anxious as it was my first session.

I'd heard good things from friends (and the internet) that Craig was THE guy for removal so we drove from Abbotsford to Kits. So worth the drive.

Craig was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew what he was doing every step of the way and explained the process before we got started so there were no surprises. He asked for consent before touching me to do the removal. He was so approachable and had a great demeanor. He answered all our questions with ease and gave great tips. He also totally understood how the session may be a bit emotional and was really supportive and made me laugh.

Pain was minimal. Everyone always says how bad it is, but this was maybe a 3/10 for me (my tattoo is on the inside of my arm just above the elbow ditch).

Craig was so awesome that I'm actually kind of looking forward to my next session. That says a lot!

After buying jewelry for a cartilage piercing, they were kind enough to offer to put it in for me- it was fast and so worth it.

Friendly staff, very helpful and all around good service. Just a little disappointed that a piercing gun was used as I didn't expect this from a piercing parlor. Would be 4 stars had it been explained that they would use a piercing gun vs traditional method. All in all, the person piercing my lobes did a great job positioning the piercings. Will still come back for other types of piercings that do not use the gun.

Do not gaslight me. When I was pierced, it sounded like I was pieced with a hole puncher or stapler. I was expecting a needle. A needle. Not some white rectangular box with a preloaded earring and a spring. Yeah I saw the preloaded earring with my own eyes. You took advantage of the fact there is no option to respond but I can still edit my review. So here's my response to what you have had to say.

Visiting from Ontario and went in for a spontaneous ear piercing with a friend. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the piercing was extremely sanitary and carefully done, I could not recommend this place more. Thank you for the great service!

Just walked in today to get my lobe piercing checked because there was an issue. The piercer (forgot to ask the name!) was extremely friendly and enthusiastic the whole time, patiently and thoroughly explaining what my issue was and how to deal with it. I left extremely satisfied. Will definitely go back in the future for piercings or consultations! The receptionist was also very friendly (with me and everyone else) and left a very positive impression.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. I was greeted by a very kind individual as soon as I arrived, and although I didn't think I would actually get a walk-in appointment for a nose piercing, I was on the table within 10 minutes. Furthermore, the person who pierced me was absolutely stellar, and her super kind attitude really took the edge off the entire procedure. Blown away – this was a really wonderful experience!

My friend and I came here today and was helped by the receptionist who was super nice, and my friend was pierced by Michael who was extremely nice and friendly. He made sure to go through all the cleanliness protocols and marked the area for her belly piercing and made sure she was good with it. He then assured her it will feel like a slight pinch and tried distracting her with some nice chatter. He did it extremely fast and professionally and took very close consideration to both my friend and I, even if I didn’t get pierced. He’s an amazing piercer and person I’m more than happy that we chose this location! Thank you Michael!

Customer service is great and shop is very clean, but I find my requests constantly seem to stump them. I’ve been turned away for both temple piercings and a very simple script addition to my already well-tattooed face, it’s worth noting this shop “doesn’t have an artist that can do faces”. Infinity symbols and feathers are fine I’m sure, but def look elsewhere if you’re alternative and looking to further that look with any piercings or tattoos outside the norm b/c they’ll just try to refer you to the more seasoned artists at their DT store

Got my eyebrow pierced here and it went great! My piercer, Michael, was awesome and super friendly. A bit pricier than some other places but I think it was worth it for skill, friendliness, and cleanliness. Definitely recommend.

Amazing experience getting first tattoo in 28 years. From initial contact by phone and website/email, everything was so friendly and professional. Friendly with zero attitude, a great consultation, and the session itself was really fun and comfortable. Kurtis is an amazing artist and was patient and communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend and will be back.

What a lovely place with a great team. I popped in last minutes and they accepted doing my piercing. I am sad don’t remember the name of amazing lady did it for me. No pain, just gain!
