These guys are amazing! They made getting in when I was available a breeze. Texts about cancelations to get me in sooner rather than later. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non hassle dentist experience.

I should have written this a long time ago. Dr MacDonnell was fantastic. I highly recommend him as a Dentist and he definitely went the extra mile. I Also give thanks to Taylor and Cheryl for such care and Excellent service. Fantastic Experience my teeth are as white as can be.

My husband and I have spent a long time away from the dentist so we decided to go all out getting 8 fillings, 2 cleanings, and 2 extractions all within the week! Talk about a mouth full of problems! Dr. Macdonell took care of us all the way and his wonderful staff! He was friendly, honest, and precise! Brittany & Kristen were wonderful hygienist that literally were so friendly, happy, and made us laugh! The front desk women were so happy, accommodating, and helped us fit this all in! They are all absolutely amazing and we will be back in the near year for more problems, I'm sure! I know it will be nice to see their smiling faces when we do! Thank you again:) You guys rock!

Staff is excellent and service is unrivaled. I can comfortably say this is the best practice I have ever visited.

Macdonnell said I had a cavity and that I had to replace one of my fillings. I went and got a second opinion and wouldn't you know it, my filling doesn't need replacing and I don't have a cavity.

I was a bit apprehensive about getting a wisdom tooth removed, but Dr. Macdonnell made the process seem quick and easy and I would highly recommend.

Not a good experience unfortunately. Doctors tended to be arrogant, and they were pushy: they tried to make me do treatments not required. I had been going for years to a another dentist (big clinic in a big city) before going to them, and none of the treatments they wanted me to do were never mentioned, I then went to another dentist (in Kelowna), and I didn't need any of those treatments.

Kind front staff, hygienists, and dentists. Beautiful comfortable office. Good parking. Happy to continue entrusting our family's dental care to them (this includes 2 young girls).

After a terrible experience at another dental clinic, I hesitated for a long time to try someone else. What an amazing place this is! Professional, friendly, and clearly focused on me as a person and what my immediate needs were. The last place I went to seemed focused on "using up as much of your insurance as we can". Yes, that's a quote.

I am so thankful I found this place!

I dentist-hopped for awhile after going to several places that always had me coming back a second time to finish one cleaning. Not here. One appointment, one cleaning; as it should be. Dr. Macdonnell is kind, but what I like most is that he is to the point and no nonsense. He’s professional and gets the job done extremely well and efficiently. One can tell that he takes great pride in his work. I’ve moved away from Kelowna, but will continue to come back for dental services. It’s the least I can do for all the amazing service I have received and continue to receive. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Receptionist wouldn’t let me decline X-rays when booking my appointment after I said all I wanted was a cleaning with no x-rays (I’m pregnant). Seems odd to not let your patients have a choice especially given I have no concerns with cavities and had my previous X-rays forwarded to them from April when I had two cavities filled at that time. I will take my business elsewhere for sure.

If you’re reading this review, just book with the big dog Dr. Mac! This is the only dentist you need to know about in kelowna. Booking is a walk in the park, front desk staff get you in and out quickly. I’m sure there’s other greats in there but racheal is fantastic to have help along side Dr. Mac. She sets you up with some mean lookin shades and a remote for Netflix while they do the rest of the work! Before you see those two, make sure to get those tusks cleaned by Haylee! Going to the dentist might be one of the worst days you can have but this place will take your fears away!

A very clean and open clinic. The staff are very friendly. They work well with adults and children. My kid enjoys going to see them. I had great experiences seeing them. I would definitely recommend them!

Had to go in for a cleaning and an assessment after not having a proper cleaning in 5+ years. Cleaning was probably my best dental experience in recent memory. Very thorough clean + x rays too, and quick! I felt educated and listened to. I highly recommend coming here. Staff were excellent.

Always a 10 out of 10 experience here. I can't recommend it enough. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, Dr Agnew is super professional clearly a high level dentist and his knowledge and experience shows.

I was very happy with the care I received today during my routine cleaning. Eden, the hygienist, was personable, knowledgable, and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic for all of your dentistry needs.

But most importantly, Dr M gets the job done and gets it done well, every time. Their office on Gordon is fairly new and it's beautiful! All nice, new and modern. He comes highly recommended, every time!

All the staff are great. I was very comfortable with the Treatment I had done. I usually have a fear and anxiety about being at the dentist. I no longer have it with this office.

I recently had to get a couple dental implants installed to replace extracted teeth. The results are amazing! My new implants are fantastic, my mouth feels great again, and even knowing which teeth are originals and which ones aren’t, I can’t tell tell them apart when looking in a mirror. Dr. Macdonnell and his team did an awesome job! They always made me feel comfortable and, as usual, were super friendly.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The staff at advance dental are not only knowledgeable, detail oriented and amazing at what they do but they are also incredibly welcoming and friendly! I always leave there comfortable knowing all my questions have been answered and that the work that was done has exceeded my expectations. There's really nothing more I could ask for in dental office. Top of the line equipment and knowledgeable staff:)

I have been going to Dr. Macdonnell's dentist office since I moved to Kelowna in 2016. The service from the time I get there until I leave has always been excellent. I’ve had a lot of orthodontic and dental work in the past with many uncomfortable experiences. As I’m new to Kelowna I needed a dental office. Of course I was nervous when my appointment came. From the receptionist, dental hygentist and the dentist I had SUCH an amazing experience. They could tell I was nervous and talked me through everything. They really helped to make me feel less nervous to ease my anxiety especially the dental hygienist- she was amazing and had me making jokes by the end. Lots of options for distractions (music or Netflix) when your in the chair if needed. I was able to get lots of options to help with any dental issues I have and to let me know what’s important and what can wait. I highly recommend this office to anyone! Not to mention how beautiful and CLEAN the office is!

Was asked to clean my teeth while I booked for a cavity problem. Spent more than $300 while my cavity still was there and had to book another appointment for it. Misleading and too much for nothing.

Quick efficient organized they have Netflix we have it easy back then its whisky and hear we go

I had three wisdom teeth pulled from my upper left side. Was it fun? Never is. But the group at Advance Dental made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. I think I might have even laughed a couple times during the procedure too! Thanks to everyone who helped with my difficult extraction, Im feeling 5 lbs lighter today!

I had a great experience with Advanced Dental Group as a new client. Both my boyfriend I recently had work done and we're super stoked with the results! Dr. Amanda Sigouin and the wonderful dental hygienists we had took great care of us. We'll be back in six months for another clean!

I was surprised at the process of removing my wisdom teeth. It was not painful at all. Dr Macdonnell made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this practise and will be returning for all my future dental needs.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The support staff were helpful with billing and explaining my options. My hygienist experience was great. They seem to use the latest techniques to make it all more comfortable for me. Andrew MacDonnell was exceptional. He accommodated my circumstance and I felt comfortable with his work from the start. Dr. Macdonnell and his team are the best dentistry team I've visited in Kelowna. I've been a patient for several years and have referred several happy friends to them. They are kind, caring, gentle, and a great place to go; especially if you don't love going to the dentist.

Dr. Sigouin is an incredible dentist; though young, she comes across as exceedingly competent and genuinely empathetic. She repeatedly assessed my comfort level during the procedure (which was entirely painless from start to finish). She has a wonderful bedside manner and great sense of humor as well, and is extremely careful and methodical. Even though I was just in for a simple filling, she called me later that day to check up on me and encouraged me to call back if I experienced any issues. I recommend her in the strongest possible terms.
