I can’t thank Isabelle enough - her care, compassion and expertise in concussion rehabilitation has been pivotal to my recovery. After each session, I left feeling that my health and well-being was of the utmost importance to Isabelle. Each interaction was beyond a 30-60 minute appointment, which gave me comfort in knowing that I could trust her entirely. Thank you, Isabelle. You are truly amazing.

Advanced has been my go-to physio provider for 3 years now. I often see Jake but am always happy when I book with others on their team. After not getting results at several other Nanaimo clinics, I’m so happy to have found this team!

I have been going to Advanced for just about a year now and have gone to a few different physio's and chiropractor at the clinic and I am always so pleased with the quality and effort they put in to my rehabilitation. The staff are always smiling making the atmosphere healing in a whole other way. Grateful!

5 Stars for Physiotherapist, Kevin Hayes. After dealing with a painful achilles tendon and an elbow pointer for 8 months, I made my way in for treatment. Kevin provided professional and effective remedies, which gave me immediate and lasting relief. Before seeing him, I couldn't run safely, make a fist, or do a push-up. Today I am doing all of that again.pain-free.

Dr. Joe Foglia takes his time to understand your chiro problem, talks about your concerns, and explains how it works. Very attentive, straightforward, and careful!
Special note to Cole Hogarth. Just WOW. My mom is his number#1 fan. She has been suffering to her breaking point for over a year when we came to the clinic. She went to 4 different professionals. It took Cole 1 appointment to diagnose,  2 appointments, and about a month to improve her condition. No medications, no magic, just discipline with exercises and Cole's professionalism.

PS. We also liked clinic's booking system, very user friendly. Easy to book and re-book.

I have been a client of Advanced Health + Sports clinic for over 3 years now. The whole team is amazing. I have been in for back, hip and knee issues, every practitioner I have seen in this clinic is very knowledgeable & professional and has helped with my pain recovery. Hands down, the best clinic. They truly care about their patients and are the experts in their field. Highly recommended.

First time there. I was seriously impressed by how thorough and effective Isabelle was. The follow up exercises were also very clear and easy to follow.

Best physio spot around - IMS & laser was a huge help for some nasty neck/shoulder problems that have bothered me for years.

This place is like a 1 stop shop for all your needs! Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture… if you’re in pain the team here will have someone who can help you! I had personally seen a few people now for various services. Joe is an amazing Chiropractor and is extremely thorough and effective. I had my first acupuncture experience here as well and Morgan went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed and comfortable with the experience/treatment. I was blown away the moment she had asked me if I wanted to try traditional fire cupping. Like it was so relaxing and cool, I had to go again the next week just so I could have that pure, unhindered moment of relaxation again. I haven’t had that much success in tension relief or muscle pain in my life. I highly recommend if anyone is needing to have proper relief that will last. Thank you Advanced H+S for everything you do!

Janine Webber was a great help in getting me back to health and my regular activities. She was thorough in her assessment and treatment plan, provided beneficial and effective exercises that helped me build strength and rectify imbalances, and was open and willing to work with and learn from other practitioners for a well-rounded approach. She was also friendly and personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease, and showed me she really cared about getting me healed. I would highly recommend her!

I can not speak highly enough of advanced health and sports clinic. They offer so many services that you don’t need to go anywhere else! I see multiple staff there and I have never had a bad experience. They are all so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My family won't go anywhere else. They are by far the best physiotherapy office (and many other specialties) I have ever experienced.

Can’t recommend Janine enough! I have been seeing Janine for a little over a month and already feel better. It’s so nice to go to a physio who listens and understand you. After many years of injuries I am finally of the path the recovery. I have already told everyone I know to check out Advanced Health + Wellness. I received an acupuncture treatment from Morgan LaBoucane and it was truly an amazing experience! I had never had an acupuncture treatment before and was a bit skeptical about the process. Morgan took everything very slow with me and was calming and very knowledgeable in this area. I typically am a very anxious person, but after that treatment I have never felt so calm in my life. I would recommend anyone interested in beginning acupuncture services to book an appointment with Morgan!

Having seen another local Chiro for 10+ years I was very surprised by the different approach Dr. Joe offered. Simple exercises isolating the problem with a minimum amount of actual adjustments. Way better! Dr. Joe and all the gang at Advanced are true pros. Warm, friendly, caring with results. What more can you ask for.

Love this clinic! I have seen Anika Lussier and Dr. Joe for several years and have continued to see them at Advanced Health. Very clean and professional space. The practitioners at Advanced Health are exceptionally focused at meeting clients where they are at and supporting them to achieve their movement/fitness/sport needs and goals.

Very knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain my situation. Best physio in Nanaimo for sure.

Very professional and knowledgeable practitioners. Went to see them for a back injury that was causing chronic back pain. Diagnosed problem and recommended maintenance activities on first visit. After a few follow up visits and following their directions for home maintenance the back pain is gone and it’s like the injury never happened.

Anika and Jake are the top Physiotherapists on Vancouver island hands down. They care, they are kind, they are loyal, and they care so much for all of their clients and their needs to help each individual recover to perform their best in any stage of life at the highest level. Highly, highly recommended. Brand new office, new equipment, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Great job Jake and Anika, with all the work, including all the employees who work at this fantastic clinic. Rated 10/10!

Great place with amazing clinicians! Their front desk staff are always so friendly and the physios that I have seen are very thorough and great at their jobs.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Brandon Butt & Anika at Advanced Health + Sports. I felt they really listened, provided relief and spent the time educating me on the issue I was having. Few visits, list of exercises and strengthing homework and I was good as new. Great service!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Advanced Health and Sports Clinic. I recently had a type 3 shoulder separation from a biking accident. Vince made a plan to get me back to doing the things I love to do.
