I done my first aid level 1today it was great experience with them and I recommend my friends to them for sure it was fabulous experience with them

Very well organized and conceived. By following the Insurance course, I was able to learn and build on the concepts with minimal questions or frustration. It taught me what I was looking to learn, was well organized, and well paced. I’m already applying what I learned at work. The lecturer was always there if you needed her. She was great! Looking into to signing up some of my staff. Looking forward to taking another course here at ALC.

Content and presentation by the facilitators was consistently high quality and engaging. Most importantly, each session provided an excellent review of the challenges and opportunities inherent in each area – while challenging us to clarify and to find our own answers. I feel that all the techniques used, the methods, the videos/powerpoint were extremely good. At no point did I feel that the training was “long” or “dragging on”. Even after breaks/lunch, I felt that there was a lot of energy and enthusiasm. It is great to have ALC facilitators with so much energy. I felt challenged and consistently drawn into the exercises and presentations had my full attention due to the way in which they were conducted. Thanks a lot!

Occupational First Aid training was excellent. Learned things which are helpful in day to day. Trainer knowledge level is also excellent. It was very good training. Extra knowledge, helps a lot. Help full sites and information. Overall very good experience, got a good knowledge. Excellent training experience 100% practical, trainer has in-depth knowledge. Excellent facilities can get recording of the training if you miss it.

I have great experience with mam summit. I took the classes of fundamental of insurance, she credible teaching experience and always explain the topics with real life examples, which helps to understand easily.

Very interactive and participatory. Liked the way the training was structured along the monitoring cycle. I was very glad that the programme focused – as the title suggests - on skills/practices. The practical exercises for Food Safe Level 1 were useful in offering 'hands on' experience. The interactive atmosphere and live examples used for illustration were refreshing.

I have been waiting for this mortgage training course. Helps working people. The ALC is you have certified trainer no external faculties, so no complains or fear of not getting good trainer for your batch, like in other institutes. I had inquired about online training a year back, but at that time this was not started. Course materials were good, the mentoring approach was good, and working with other people via the Internet was good. The instructor did a good job of communicating and making it a more intimate arrangement. A lot of online courses fail because of the isolation. ALC is very good and I think it’s a very solid learning center. I learned a lot.

The level and nature of participation was simply exceptional, concrete exercise, concrete examples, excellent analysis and feedback. The time flew by! This was one of the best workshops I have ever attended. The venue, materials & facilitation was excellent. I recommend this training to all justice sector actors interested in seeing real progress in their countries.

Not only did this experience teach me the proper techniques of Mortagage Management and the process of documentation as promised, but it also taught me how to learn independently, how to stick with a problem and find ways of solving it, and perhaps most significantly, the experience taught me the skills that will enable me to continue to develop my Mortgage management skills beyond.

This Occupational First Aid course will help me and my organization be even more successful by being able to better engage and supervise people belonging to different teams. I will also be able to provide better feedback, and ask more questions to get more information. This instructor did well at engaging the audience, keeping the session interesting and fun, while teaching through example. I suggest that others would benefit from this course.

I have good experience with ALC Center. I took the BST course, and the instructor helped me through the course and the admin staff helped me a lot as I want to do some other courses with them. I really appreciate their services, they are very cooperative!

The instructor was good but the female receptionist was rude and I felt like she doesn't like people visiting the place. I had a bad experience but the instructors are really good and polite. But they need to talk to the receptionist to find out the problem.

Office staff is not at all co-operative, no understanding at all, zero assistance, didnot help you to clarify your queries

Good institute for IELTS training. Very dedicated teaching staff especially Miss. Navjot Kaur who have good knowledge and experience and explain various topics very well. With her guidance I got 7 bands in speaking.

Great place to do security course. Loved it. The staff is really helpful. I went there for security course and got my license from them. I would like to share that my payment was not going through because of a problem with my card. The lady who took my fingerprints was really helpful and patient enough though she had to do my application thrice. I really want to that her for her generosity and patience with a person like me. Great people.

Hiii i went there today for fingerprinting and the lady who was taking the fingerprints her name was manjit kaur dhaliwal she was so rude and she don’t even know English really well I don’t know why they hire her she was getting frustrated because my fringprints were not coming correct and she was talking so rude to me and she said she will send my fingerprints like this even its right or wrong if she is not gonna help me to get my fingerprints right thn why i paid them 120 dollars she didn’t take my fingerprints correctly and sent it like that she is getting paid for that so she has to do her job professionally one of the illetrate lady working for that such crucial work.

If there was zero ranking I would give that! Today Monday January 7 2019, At round 10: 50 am I went to inquire about course. I asked Receptionist about course she was rude and seems to be in a hurry to send me back home without answering my courserelevant questions! When I asked her if I miss a day of course then wil I get substitute / another class for it. To which she replied that I should just join the course and I will come to know myself about it! When I asked her why is she so rude then she denied it. I spoke to her boss. On my way back receptionist was yelling at me. This is very shocking, rude, unpleasant & definitely unprofessional approach towards a potential customer.
