Arthur and crew are amazing. We lost our lease and they were nothing but pleasant to deal with during a tough time. The storage lot is clean, very well kept and just easy to get too. Thank you.

This is my third time with Advanced. I love them. I guess that's a strange thing to say about a storage company, but when you need storage, you really need storage, and it sure is nice when the company is honest, friendly, aboveboard, and affordable, with the great bonus of friendly, competent staff. I had my stuff in here for 5 years previously, and the site is clean and well-kept, with spacious, climate-controlled units. And the people are always so great. The previous guy that I interacted with, whose name I sadly forget, was absolutely wonderful, and I was very happy to discover that the newest staff members are just as great. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is right and that our experience there is a good one. For instance, they noted when I said I was going to start the move in, and when I didn't manage to get there that day, they gave me a call in the evening to see if I wanted them to leave the company lock on the unit or take it off for an early entry the next day. I could give lots of other examples, but it would take too much room. And meanwhile, I got a 5x5 locker for less than half the price that I was quoted at Maple Leaf Storage. There's no downside. I'm a fan.

Ive had storage and a mailbox for over a year at this location. My experience has been positive. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going as well as the location is always clean. I have no complaints.

The staff here are all so unbelievably nice and helpful! They are so great to interact with. Thank you for making storage solutions easy and straightforward:)

Went to this storage to help a friend with some of her belongings. What I found a little annoying was the fact that you have to enter one gate and exit through a different one. This wouldn't be a problem except my friend is in a wheelchair and the distance between the gates is a ways when you have your hands full of bags and boxes.

This storage facility has NO motion detectors in the units. All someone has to do is remove a few screws from your wall and climb into your unit.
They won't set off any alarms from the inside of your unit. The storage units only have alarms on the door. Half my life was taken from me. Stuff I can't replace. I was moving, and needed temporary storage.
Nothing was done about it. I never heard back from the RCMP, never heard back from this facility. If you need to use a storage facility. Ask if they have motion detectors in the units. If they have them in the units, an ALARM Will go off. Thieves won't be able to just climb in and help themselves to whatever they want.

Great experience all around. The staff are knowledgeable and as accommodating as possible. The facility is well planned and access to the lockers is easy. Highway access is close but be forwarded.rush hour can be chaotic.prepare for extra time if in the area during weekday afternoons. I couldn't be happier with Advanced Self Storage.

Was hesitant on using a storage facility. Found this through a friend and was extremely happy. Excellent security. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained property. Competitive pricing. Extra credit to Arthur who went above and beyond for everything I needed.

The customer service is excellent! Very friendly and very secure. Always clean. Has cardboard recycling bin. It’s drive up storage which is totally awesome and you need a gate code. They also can set up so you can receive deliveries, but don’t have to physically be there yourself. Wide range of locker sizes. Not too much traffic around, so very easy to get to. Would recommend for sure!

I used Advance Storage for about 6 years. Initially had 2 units, then was able to go down to one and recently, due to Covid and no work had to empty my locker.
Every time I needed help the staff were friendly, understanding and helpful.
The rates were fair, the complex clean and the security excellent. A couple if times I did not secure my locker properly and the security team caught it right away and placed a temporary lock on it until I could get down to change it.
I recommend them highly.

You need a storage spot quickly this is the place to go.

The automatic entry via app is fantastic. You dont even have to get out of your car.

And unlike the other storage places. The ceiling is not open. People cant climb into your unit and steal all your stuff.

Good storage facility; Karen & the new manager are very attentive & courteous. My locker had light issues but an electrician was brought in to check things out. The light ended up ON all the time after not staying on while I was in there. Second time to use this facility.

From start to finish this is a very professionally run storage facility. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Other store should learn customer service from them. Manager Taz was very helpful and rest of the staffs were great too. Highly recommend this facility. Online payment makes life much easier when you are busy with work. Clean and great location to store your belongings without any hassle.

I have been a customer here since 2001. The staff continue to be excellent and the prices are great. The service is very professional. I highly recommend them.

Very pricey storage, been here for 10 plus years. They increase prices All the time. Not worth it at all

VERY BAD SERVICE & POOR CONDITIONS at Advanced Storage Centres (Richmond)!
My furniture was damaged by water (somehow water had seeped from interior hallway? !) and numerous rodent droppings! Reported it and received this unhelpful reply:
"Unfortunately all of Richmond has had a bad season of rodent, and with the heavy rain days, water always find a way of appearing, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
If you need to schedule a move out please let us know. "-unsigned
If I wanted water damage and rodent droppings, I'd store my belongings in my garage!
