Aerotek bring the chance to people who are newcomers have a very good skills and expirence but who don't speak very well english, even they help and oriented people. The recruiters are friendly, nice and patient.

Working with Aerotek was great! They will support you all the way. What I like of Aerotek is that they really care for their employee. In my company which I am working now, we have some Ukranians, who were temporary employees and some of them were from Aerotek, some from a different agency. Unfortunately, due to recession, all temporaray employee from my company were laid-off. What Aetotek did (and this is what impressed me) Aerotek DID NOT left these poor Ukranian alone but instead Aerotek tried to find another job for them. And what I heard is that most of the Ukranians that were with Aerotek got a job. Kudos to you AEROTEK.

Whoever from your company just called me twice in a row to try to 'recruit' me needs to be reprimanded. I have already said I was not interested in working with you, so there is no reason at all that you should be calling me, especially twice. Extremely unprofessional. I thought there was an emergency because someone called me twice from an unknown number and I thought someone was hurt. So thanks for that. And then when I tried to message y'all on Indeed, my message kept 'magically' disappearing. I wouldn't count on this company, to be honest.

They are totally unprofessional in their service. They interviewed me then asked for my professional references. They said I am a right fit and they are going to present my info to 5 companies. After a month, I sent a few follow up email. No respond to emails at all. Then got a few weeks later got an email that the lady is in vacation. I counted on their promises and lost other opportunity. Do not rely on them at all. It is a waste of time.

The guy at the front desk said, someone would call my friend and me right this afternoon. It's been a month and that afternoon never came.

Went there to get assistance in job seeking. Turned away nicely.

I've applied for a posting from ConAgra via Aerotek. Emerson Kot convinced me ConAgra is a billion dollar company with benefits. He sounded like he was helpful and I've told him how I had a part time job. I applied for the job posting back in October 2020 and have done interview with Emerson via WhatsApp. I've told him about my concerns and wanted to find a job that is stable and transit friendly. He phoned me for sometime and then stopped calling for the follow up. He phoned me once in October and then a month after when I phoned him for a follow up.

Emerson became super busy to get back while Thomas Thiessen phoned me to do a follow up. Emerson actually phoned back in January and never took accountability to speak to ConAgra. I also explained Richmond area is too far and was looking for somewhere closer. Neither of these guys really helped me out. If the company was fantastic, then they shouldn't be looking for employees all the time. I don't recommend Aerotek at all. It was a total waste of my time!

Daman did a great job getting me through to a permanent position. Couldn't have asked for an easier process. Thanks!

I had an interview with Nick Chessa to be an Aerotek recruiter who is the Director of Business Operations. To keep it short, he was one of the rudest, arrogant and impolite managers I have ever interviewed with in my life for any company.

When I was answering one of his questions, I even saw him smirk and laugh at one of my answers while on the video interview with me. It made me stop and pause and rethink why I was even interviewing with him in that moment. He then proceeded to tell me that if I were to work there "it would be a huge shock to my system" and that I wouldn't be a good fit. I can understand if he said that, and left it at that, but the fact he smirked and laughed while I was giving one of my answers was truly disappointing and rude.

I am really disappointed in how I was treated, and want nothing to do with this company after my interview experience. I hope whoever interviews for Aerotek doesn't have this experience with Nick.

This was my first experience with a recruiting company and it turned out extremely well. Daman was the guy that reached out to me with a job opportunity that was a perfect fit for me. Daman was very professional and informative about the position and about Aerotek. He helped me through the interview process and to secure the job. Stand up guy I would recommend everyone to reach out to him if you are looking for work.

I would specifically like to mention that Ata Pazouki who guided me through the entire process was super fantastic.
Being new in Canada it was a task to create my own network, Ata gave me plenty of good opportunities.
The best thing about working with Ata or if I may say what makes him different from the recruiters of other companies is that he tries really hard to get a job really close to your expectations,
whereas most other recruiters whom I interacted with me would try to make me understand that I am new in Canada and I should not expect too much out of myself which was at some level demotivating.
Ata was very pleasant to talk with and very understanding. Right from the interview prep talk to checking up every now and then if it was going well at the job it was an awesome experience. Also, he usually responds within no time.
All in all, if you are new to Canada I would totally recommend to seek help from Aerotek and if you might get lucky if you get Ata as your counselor.

My experience with Aerotek couldn't have been better and exceeded my expectations! I contacted Aerotek through a friends recommendation, and went back and forth over a couple of months until COVID-19 hit.

Chris Quan reached out to me via LinkedIn. I was really impressed by his work in many way. First of all, he asked me to meet to know about my experience. Usually recruiters just wants to talk on the phone, but he didn't. We met, and talked about what I did, what I can and what I am looking for. He was very enthusiastic about his work. He also followed up very well. He didn't make me wait, and whenever I had a question he answered very quickly. Most of all, I really like working with him because he was always warm. He has to meet so many candidates because of his job; therefore, It is very easy to be cold and pretentious. That is not the case. He was always sincere. I was very lucky to meet Chris.

I’m super happy as I got a job thanks to Brendan Williams help! He posted a job offer in Facebook so I direct messaged him, he replied very quickly and kindly. However, when I sent him my resume, Aerotek had already hired someone for the job, so I ended up asking Brendan to keep me updated on any new job offers. Got an opportunity to work with a prominient canadian utility company through Aerotek, their team, specially Simran and Vallerie are highly professional, and are availaible for coordination, guiding and motivating you at every step of recruitment process.
