Affinity Dental Clinic

Excellent experience, called on short notice with a broken tooth and they managed to get me an appointment right away. The young ladies at reception were very pleasant and cooperative and Dr. Louie and his assistant quickly fixed the problem. Great place and great service!

I went in for a quick ct scan and was told it would take 5min. I was seen quickly and told after that it would be another 5min for the picture. Twenty minutes went by and I asked how much longer it would be, as my kids were getting restless. I was told another 5min. Again that passed, and still nothing. I asked again and they told me the image was still loading and asked if I wanted to come back. At this point, I was quite frustrated because I could have left initially had I been told it would take so long. When I asked how much longer it would be, they finally admitted that they did not know. Had they told me this from the beginning, I would have gone to get my kids some food and then come back, but since they kept increasing the wait time by 5min increments, I ended up wasting close to 30min. A very frustrating experience.

Excellent service. No pain at all during the cleaning. People are very accommodating. Kristie was so helpful on giving knowledge on how to keep oral health healthy.

Excellent people (Dr. Jain, April, Christy, Maria, Carolyn, Sammy), very friendly, accommodating, friendly dentists and staff. They made me feel comfortable every appointment, made sure I was aware of what was going to be done, always proper and on point. They have made all my visits easy for someone like me who have high anxiety. I have the best experience and I highly very highly recommend this dental office!

Friendly team of dentists, assistants and receptionists! Dr. Louie was very quick in treating my fillings and made me feel very comfortable as a patient.

But most important - I like & trust the personnel, & the quality of their skills & judgement.

Dental cleaning was excellent But the person while dental cleaning was distracted was looking outside while doing my dental cleaning. I wish next time while the cleaning time pls try not to get distracted. Other wise she did an excellent job. Thanks!

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would. I have a broken tooth with my gums growing into my tooth and my nerves are completely shot! I had an appointment for an extraction with Affinity Dental and when I called to see if they could move up my appointment because my face started to go NUMB they cancelled my appointment and said they didn’t want to risk anything. I have been in excruciating pain for almost a week and they did NOTHING to help me. I asked them to permanently remove me from their patient list and I will never be returning or recommending them to anyone!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've been to couple other dental clinics and I always felt very rushed and overwhelmed with the treatments and appointments i've had, however, the Dentists that helped me out today were very understanding and reassuring with my concerns and felt no judgement from them at all. They were very straightforward with the condition of my teeth as well as the possible amount of payments you may need to make. Will definitely be coming back here:)

I just had my appointment this afternoon at 1: 30 pm. My experience was amazing, and the staff was so friendly, especially the one who cleaned my teeth. I forgot her name, but she was very nice.

Excellent. They assisted me through the whole process, from booking an appointment to getting an X-Ray done & finally extracting my tooth. I feel so much better! Great staff 5/5 definitely my go-to dentist from now on.

I was looking to get braces done and I went to a bunch of places to shop around. I saw that Affinity Dental had a lot of great reviews so I decided to check them out. I’m very pleased to say that I found my forever dentist! I’ve been coming to Affinity for almost a year now. The staff are super friendly and the dentists know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!

Dr Young is very patient and responsible dentist. I met other 2 hygienists there. They are all very good.

I had a dental filling done by Dr. Soumya Jain. I did not feel any pain at all and she had done a marvelous job. She’s the best dentist that i have been to and i recommend her to anyone.

Always enoyed Affinity's service particularly Dr Jain and assistants like Kristy with any of my dental needs and cleaning.

Clinic and staff are very welcoming helpful and the services were outstanding. I highly recommend affinity dental clinic.

I booked cleaning appointments on the following Thursday and the receptionist called to remind as the wrong date. When I trying to switch the diagnosis date they are using a very wired tone replying normally they have a fine for removing appointments. I have never to notice that removing an appointment by their mistake would be charging extra fine before at any other clinic before. Really disappointed!

I have been going here for about 6 months now so far everything has been great. From their friendly staff and dentists, would definitely recommend them.
