Dr Tan is very rude! She is annoyed with any question you asked. And she doesn't really answer any questions, long wait time even with appointments, usually 30 mins to 1 hr the longest.

I phoned this place asking to see the nurse practitioner and over the phone, I told them what I needed. The receptionist said the NP should be able to help me with that. After arriving at the clinic and telling the NP all of my medical history, he said he would be unable to help as he wasn't comfortable dealing with my medical issues.

NP's are able to prescribe the medications I needed, but this NP claimed he didn't have enough education and had only been working for a year. Then why are you seeing patients as a healthcare provider, if you don't have the education to do so? My health issues are not unique. I had done all the research myself and asked if the NP would prescribe what I needed as I've been looking for care for months, but he refused and he also refused to connect me with one of their family doctors to help me out. They completely wasted my time and got my hopes up as I have been looking for a medical practitioner for a very long time. I feel the sole reason I was brought into the clinic was so they could bill MSP and collect a fee.

Dr Emily Chang is fantastic. She cares a lot about my wellbeing. She never hesitate to give me referrals to specialist on my hip pain, irregular heart beat, skin problem. She sends me for blood test every 3 months to make sure I have the correct dose of thyroid pills. I am involved in a car accident lately which result in a severe concussion and neck injury, she follows up constantly with my pain and help me through my lengthy recovery.

If you have a different choice for a family doctor, stay away from this place. It’s always about charging you extra (and has to be paid in cash, very shady). I had it once asking the doctor for a referral, she rolled her eyes on me thinking it’s very unnecessary. I just love their services there, ridiculous. Also another time of visit, wanting to ask a question that’s kind of related to why I was there, then she said I needed to make another appointment for that question because this time I only mentioned one question at the time of booking.so she won’t answer my second question. Anyway, golden advice here: avoid this clinic if you can.

Speed of service:

Booked 2: 45pm appointment. Had to wait until 3: 20 to be called in. Super slow. I don't get how they're still in business.

Rude and garbage receptionist.
Takes cash only.
Waited 30min+ to see doctor.
Mis-scheduled appointment.
Don't come here if you can find somewhere else.
