Tess is a great physiotherapist! I love that she sends you a followup including all the exercises you have done! It also helps that she does lots of outdoors activities and has wonderful suggestions as to how to strengthen in different ways to improve your performance specific to the activity that you do.

Led to Affinity after a vehicle accident injury and on line reviews. Its a very relaxing environment, and front line staff are friendly greeting you by name. Tried a few services offered to hone in on my needs and settled on Kenisiology with specialist Jon Rowe. Jon is extremely knowledgable, very personable and is a great teacher with excellent communication skills in not only instructing you on exercises to address your body’s needs but explaining in layman terms how your body should function and what you can achieve through the exercise regime. It makes for a great comfortable experience and the positive effects on my body alignment are invaluable. Highly recommend Jon and Affinity Wellness for your journey in body health.

Great experience with Cimmaran. This was my first visit and he listened to my needs and pin pointed the areas on my back that needed work. I will be going back next week. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Had to go consecutively for almost two years due to a car accident so affinity quickly became a second home to me. Firstly, let me start as soon as you walk in the door with the friendly & accommodating staff, Megan in particular - always great at fulfilling my appointment needs promptly & with the most amazing smile. Anthony (RMT), Clay (chiropractic) & Tess (physio) helped remedy my body to get me back into my daily routines with ease. Their professionalism, knowledge, kindness & passion for wellness have made my long (and still WIP) journey as easy as it can be!

Going here for golf performance help with Ty Perry, and it’s been significant in my progress. My dad has also had some help with his body for basic functions. It has been super helpful and I very much so recommend this.

Love that the clinic is multidisciplinary with gym spaces. The clinic is also able to direct bill for insurances and ICBC.

Affinity is amazing as soon as you walk in Meghan gives you a warm welcome and she is very proffesional and took the time to pronounce my name correctly super friendly!

Now let me tell you about my massages 5 out of 5 Ashlee is the most kind friendly caring person on this planet and the massages are the best! I had never had a massage before my car accident and she sure made me feel comfortable! I would highly recommend her even though she is booked up and I don't want anyone to take up my spots but she deserves the review! My body feels much better after each massage! Ashlee you are amazing! Keep up the great work!

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Affinity. I had an appointment with their nutritionist, Sarah, and I found that I didn't take anything useful away from the session. The information provided to was very surface level. Even after asking more specific or probing questions, I didn't come out with better insights into how to improve my diet. In addition, the only "resource" I was given was to go to the Canada Food Guide website. I didn't need to pay $250 for that. I don't believe Sarah has the experience to provide in-depth dietary knowledge or planning (I was looking to adjust my diet to manage blood sugar, but we didn't even get into that).

I'm disappointed that this was my experience and had hoped to come out of this with more information. Based on other comments, it looks like other practitioners at Affinity are great, but my experience with Sarah was definitely not what I was expecting.

Tess is amazing! She really knows her stuff & how to get you up and running again. I wouldn't be where I'm at without her.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Dr Selles. He is an outstanding chiropractor who not only provides adjustments, but also takes the time to teach me how to build strength in my back. I am truly grateful for the excellent care he has provided. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone.

I have seen many RMT’s but my experience today with Hannah at Affinity was the best experience I have ever had. Her knowledge of different aches and pains and their root cause was impressive and she addressed all of my issues with care and attention. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Selles at Affinity has been super helpful throughout my chronic injuries. He has a great focus on healing and rehabilitation which prevents further injury! He is also very friendly and makes the process more enjoyable!
