A nice store with good prices for shopping african based groceries and items. It’s easy to walk around and get the items you need within a short time.

The only issue I have is the refund policy. I was charged for a product I did not buy. I noticed it on the receipt before I left the parking lot. So I want back in to get a refund. And they told me straight up that they can’t refund back my money and asked me to pick something in the store of similar value. I would have been more happy if my my money was returned.

I go there to bye corn flour. Last time when I was, they charget me twice. I call to ask for refund and the lady was very vierd in
the phone, And she turn off the phone telling me by. I called again and I said that this is not good for you to have this kind of client service. I had a bad experience and I will never go there again.

This place is like a home away from home, they essentially have everything you can think of. And their prices are very reasonable as well. Hands down best place to shop for all your west African dishes and more.

Friendly owner and workers ; I come here for my grocery needs. I am Congolese so I’m happy to know that they sell Congolese food here especially Kwanga, they carry the best authentic kwanga made by a local Congolese woman.

Lots of selection but staff was not very helpful so ended up leaving with limited purchases. Would have taken pics but signage in the store clearly said no photos.

This is a store people from Africa can get their local food at budget friendly cost. Attendants are very courteous and friendly. There are parking adjacent to the shop that shoppers can make use of free of charge.

Unwelcoming attitude. Shop there once n not planning of ever returning. Hope they are not the only Shop offering African stuffs in Greater Vancouver. As a client, felt like my business is not needed @ all.

Well, when I heard the word, "African Superstore" I thought I would find a wide range of African products. I am from the southern part of Africa and didn't find anything close to what I was looking for. Honestly speaking this was a west African convenient store. Most of the products here are from Ghana, which isn't a bad thing but my problem is the misinformation of the name of the store. We came with alot excitement only to be disappointed. Poor customer care, they will watch you come in, watch you pay, watch you go. Then wait for someone else to watch I suppose. Not a good experience.

It's a needed place tho especially for the Africans who need to get their african recipes, and the price of the items sold are fair enough. It's also a really small place compared to other supermarket but you can get almost everything African you wish you could get there including lady African wears like Gele, Ankara etc
