After Five

Very amazing experience! It was the first and only store I had to go to for grad dress shopping. There was a wide variety of dresses to try on and many sizes. I’m not a fan of shopping but I would go back. Susan was great!

We love coming to After Five! My sisters and I have all gotten our dresses from here and the selection is so great. The whole staff is so kind and helpful especially Susan and Boris! I definitely recommend!

Exceptional customer service! I live in Montreal and was struggling to find the right dress for my sister's wedding. I spoke with Boris who took the time to make recommendations based on the dress I initially wanted that wasn't available. The next day, Boris contacted me to let me know that they were able to get the exact dress color and size I was looking for. Two weeks later, I received it and it looked fantastic. Thank you for all your support and making a cross provincial buy so easy.

Amazing selection of gowns and a lot of them can be ordered in different colours. After a couple visits and try ons, I purchased my wedding dress here. The owner of the store and his son were very helpful and offered great customer service!

AMAZING customer service, great prices and quality

I couldn’t decide what dress I wanted while ordering online and when I called the store for more information, one of the owners answered the phone. Gavin was SO helpful and even FaceTimed me to show me the dresses and answered all of my questions. He was extremely patient with me and was on the phone with me for almost an hour. He even let me pay over the phone. I honestly think this is the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Prices are also VERY reasonable compared to other boutiques. 10/10!

I live in Alberta and heartily recommend After Five to people in ANY province. They ship across Canada, and quickly. They helped us in a time-crunch situation with a specific grad dress. Brad was SO helpful, personable, kind, and reasonable that we have decided to use After Five again this year for my younger daughter's grad dress, and I also now recommend After Five to anyone I know who needs a dress. We also plan on ordering from them again for a couple upcoming weddings. They were so pleasant and flexible and willing to work with us (which was a breath of fresh air compared the strict/inflexible policies most other dress stores have). The flexibility made all the difference for us. I hope their slightly different way of operating helps this company to flourish! I would even pay a premium if it meant dealing with this store, staff, and policies - but their prices are on par with, and sometimes lower than, other stores, for the exact same dress! So we won't go anywhere else. I absolutely can't say enough good things about After Five. 110% recommend them, even if you aren't in the area.

Went dress shopping with my sister and went to a few other stores before coming here and we looked around before asking for help. She tried on a different dress before the one she picked and loved! They were super kind and helpful! Suggest getting your dresses here!

My daughter ordered a 2 piece Jessica angel dress from After five. The dress looks amazing! After five did the alterations for her dress perfectly, and much faster then expected. Gavin was very kind and went above and beyond for us. I would Definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a grad dress, the owners truly care about there clients and want them to be happy with there purchase.

Went here wanting to order a dress I saw on line. I knew my measurements but thought I'd get the "professionals" to do it. The woman there had no idea what she was doing the tape measure was literally hanging off me. She added 2-3 inches to each measurement. They wanted me to order a dress in a size larger than I was and it wouldn't have fit and I would have been stuck with the store credit.

The gentleman there seemed competent and helpful enough but if I wasn't on top of things I would have been stuck with a dress that didn't fit.

All in all dissatisfied with my visit.

Found my dream dress here and the people were so kind. I felt so comfortable and beautiful in every dress. Susan at Richmond center was amazing and made me feel so gorgeous and helped me pick the one!

Bought my graduation dress from this location, the manager and other worker helping in the dress room were very polite and helpful. However, the cashier was not very accommodating.

Staff is rude, nasty, and insulting. They phoned me to berate and bully me like nothing I have ever experienced. Spend your money in a place that treats their clients with basic human dignity.

Service was great and the workers are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Overall awesome experience!
