Never ever will recommend anyone to even take skin treatments. I lost my trust from this industry due to Harkamal. Spend around $1900 to worsen my skin issues. If you want to make your skin at its worst go ahead with them. They call themselves professional but are not even close to that. They don’t care about your skin but how to manipulate and get more money out of your pocket.

Ageless is the best laser and spa in Surrey! I've been going here for a while and always receive the perfect service. Harkamal is best! She provides a comfortable space and the best treatment time and again. Definitely recommended!

I was experiencing a skin condition called sebborheic keretosis. It’s a progressive condition which appears as brown spots. I had some I wanted removed. I was so impressed by her attention to detail, as she got spots I didn’t even know were there. I am still in the healing process, but her speed combined with customer service skills, and talent was impeccable. I had a great first experience!

I got session of Revlite laser on my face and as per Harkamal I may see results within a week on my face. I am eagerly waiting for the results.

The RF micro-needling machine had no heat what do ever. My at home device gets hotter. Makes me wonder if it was functioning at all. Tried Botox treatment there as well. "Eyelid droop often happens when the person giving the treatment doesn’t have proper training and enough experience. They can inject Botox into the wrong area or use a dose that’s too high, which leads to muscle weakness and droop. You could have trouble fully opening your eyes or vision problem"

It was my first time getting a hydracial and i was really looking forward to it. I booked an oxygeno and was really disappointed with the service. I had arezoo and she was unprofessional and lacked bedside manners.i was already nervous and also excited with it being my first hydrafacial and was expecting her to explain the procedures as she does my facial but she just started working on my face without saying anything. I had to ask her to describe the steps which shouldve been the bare minimum. The extraction part was even worse as it was entirely manual and i was shocked they use their hands instead of tools. She kept pressing on my face even though i told her to be careful and had sensitive skin. I walked out of there with red bloody spots on my face that wasn't there before. It started scabbing the next day and i was so embarassed and glad the mask covered most of it. I'm devasted and sad cause i walked in there with better skin that was not scarred than when i walked out. It's been over a week and i hate looking in the mirror as it is a reminder of a waste of money for ruining my clear skin. I called the salon and some lady was like "oh there's no concern that's normal". I'm sorry but you can't tell me that is normal. I've had facials before and never had this issue.
I will definitely not be coming back here or recommend this place to anyone.
