Aggarwal Groccery Hub

It was my first time in the store. The store is well maintained but the staff is not friendly. It looks like the lady was not happy with her work. She even kicked our cart and did not bother to say sorry or excuse me. If u are trying to create a brand and u r investing in the premium store interior then customer service and reception should also be your priority.

I went to this store on Wednesday, while shopping for other items I picked some big size pomegranates. Suddenly this produce employee came, literally forced me to drop the big size pomegranates and offered me these two small size one and promised that these will be way better than the other ones.
This is the quality they force people to buy and promote poor quality products.
Highly disappointed and unhappy.
Will never go back.
First and last time. Horrible experience.

Edit: - Changing my review because of the recent experience. The store sold us broken pot/container. When we went to share our experience, the store didn't even acknowledge it, refused to either give money back or exchange. This is a big issue since the store doesn't take any accountability for their poor services. My recommendation, avoid this store at all times. Poor customer service, bad reputation and extremely terrible products.

It’s a brand new store. Went for first time and found good variety of stuff. The store is nice, organized and clean. Though i did find lack of variety of products. I found majority of the products are from helloji. I also found prices very close to retail than wholesale.

Pretty clean and well organized, not like a typical Indian grocery store here in Surrey. It’s like those bigger Indian grocery stores in Calgary. I went today for the first time to Aggarwal Grocery Hub and liked it, will go next time to compare prices. They have good variety of stuff.

Happened to drive by on opening day and stopped by. Super clean, well stocked, organized and professionally run store! All the best to Mr. Aggarwal for the new venture

I went there to get some grocry’s store looks clean no doubt. No customer service at all. Girls seems having party, didn’t said hello or thank you. Bought ras malai totally garbage i ended up throwing in garbage. Need to work on customer service for sure

It is a new store. Clean and spacious. Right now their assortment is little less compared to other stores but I think they will figure it out. It is going to be my go to Indian grocery store.
