Agra Tandoori Kitchen

We came here for dinner last week after buying an amazing Groupon deal. We didn't expect much since the Groupon was cheap but ended up leaving so impressed by everything.

The atmosphere and beautiful mural on the walls of the restaurant and tables was so lovely to look at.

The servers were super sweet, especially since we have a one year old. They brought out a toy to keep her entertained while we waited for the food. (Such a nice gesture)

The veggie pakora appetizer was so crispy and flavourful. We ate the whole plate within minutes.

My husband ordered the lamb korma and I got the butter chicken. Both such delicious entrees. We were so full that we took the dessert to go.

Our server Dilpreet was great with us and always checked to make sure water was topped and plates were cleared.

We for sure will be back!

It's a really awesome place. Try the one at Canada Way and Smith. Love the Ismail Style Biryani with Lamb.

Lucky to be so close that we’re within walking distance, it’s always hot; plentiful and absolutely delectable.
Today we had a Chicken Korma (juicy big chunks and lovely fresh spices), Aloo Gobi (the most tender potato and succulent cauliflower), raita, papadam, garlic naan, and pea rice. The take away containers were PACKED full and hot- two hungry humans only got through 1/2 of what we ordered. So pleased to have it for leftovers!

Food was good. There were only one table with customers other than us. The customer service was decent.

It was our first visit here, they have tasty Punjabi dishes, service was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Looked like this restaurant gets more take-out orders than dine-in. There was a slight mixup in our order, but the staff were diligent in making it right and also packed the leftovers for us with extra dips. Would love to visit here again.

Ordered on skip, the food was great and they even sent a nice hand written thank you note. Love seeing these things, it really shows the people at the restaurant care. Will surely return

Ordered for pickup, it’s pouring rain and I run over to pickup my order. The staff was very friendly and polite, offered me a water while I wait for my order and left me a personalized note on my food. I got home, and plated it up (the container of Lamb Vindaloo was full to the brim!). The food was so fresh tasting and the spice level was perfect, will definitely be ordering from here regularly.

If you’re looking to try authentic Indian cuisine then Agra Tandoori is the perfect spot. I’ve been to many different Indian restaurants and this is by far my favourite one. Their food is always served hot and the service is amazing - dining in or getting takeout is always a pleasure. Not to mention, their handwritten notes that are accompanied with each takeout order are sure to put a smile on your face. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been coming here for more than ten years and it has never disappointed me. Once I went with a woman from Calcutta who told me it was the best food she had outside of Calcutta. I highly recommend.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Would 100 percent recommend trying the butter chicken, one of the best butter chickens I have had in awhile

The restaurant food is good but what makes it special is the customer service especially by "Harpreet". I had my bday and I went with my friends. She went all the way to make it really special

3rd time trying to eat there. Never been successful. On day was closed. The other time they closed between lunch dinner any the last one, arrived 1/2 hr before closing and they did not want to take us in because they close soon. Completely disappointing. A never try again

Bought mild lamb korma and channa rice. Deliciusly fresh taste and perfectly seasoned for my palate. Ive been to othe places for curry dishes and I found my food was too salty or it had some bitter flavour notes.
The rice was packed tightly in a container but it spooned out very fluffy. Worth going to Tandoori king again. Such friendly service too

I ordered takeout today and it was not good. The chicken tikka was dry and tasteless and the garlic naan was not fresh. The only good part of the meal was the butter chicken.

Food was okay. Butter chicken had too much butter taste to it. But over all its a good place, good customer service. Went there for Dinner.

As an Indian I have a bit more of a critical eye for takeout Indian food, tandoori Raj has consistently served amazing food. I've been ordering from here for years and it's delicious every single time. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for Indian food in the area

They do really good work, I was worried when they were closed for a bun h of months at the start of the pandemic but they're back in a big way

Sooooo good. I’m devastated that I only found this place recently… no more bad Indian buffets for me.
