It looks like Jane Westendorf didn't last long at Total Equine either - as a matter of fact she hasn't lasted at any clinic for even over a year - so Agwest get ready for some turbulence and client complaints. For horse owners, your horses will be reported by Jane Westendorf to the BC SPCA AFTER you pay the bill. Get ready for a know-it all fresh out of school who will make trouble if you don't do exactly what she says (she graduated from vet school in 2021 so you wont get much in the way of experience) even though she is NOT your vet - she will be desperate to get accounts at this new location because it hasn't worked out anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about these vets! All the staff I’ve dealt with, either in person or on the phone have been nothing but compassionate and knowledgeable. Nobody else will ever deal with my critters!
