Had the most amazing experience. Took my bestie here for a little TLC for her 30th. We did the "Escape for Two" which is catered to any pair, not just romantic couples. From the electrolyte water, to the sauna, to the rainshower, the massage and facial, we felt pampered the whole time. Not to mention the chocolate covered strawberries which were a welcome surprise treat. My MT was Anna, who was delightful and made me feel the most relax I've felt in years. Both ladies were very professional. Actually, the whole staff was wonderful to deal with from booking to checking out. The spa itself has a cute and warm boutique-y vibe. Very inviting, cozy, relaxing, and clean. Would go out of my way to come back everytime I'm in Kamloops. Thanks again.

I have seen Kendra at Aina Spa for body sugaring for the past year and I highly recommend her. I’ve experienced a lot of sugaring practitioners in different cities (and had many bad experiences), so I’m always nervous to try out a new place, but Kendra has been great. She’s a skilled practitioner and my appointments are always gentle and thorough.

Hands down the best Spa in Kamloops and surrounding area. It is a truly beautiful and serene setting. Always clean and relaxing.the minute you walk through the doors, you will immediately destress. The staff are super professional and friendly, the service is top notch, and the masseuses have never disappointed. I will continue to go back again and again. We are lucky to have this spa.

Service: Sugar Waxing

Right from the start of my experience, I was extremely pleased! This was not only my first sugar waxing experience, but also my first body waxing experience. The website was informative about what each "wax area" was, and also set out the preparation steps for the service. Aina was the ONLY spa website that actually explained 'half leg', 'french bikini', 'brazillian', etc! The prices seemed relatively comparable to other spas offering sugar waxing.
When I got to the spa the environment was very welcoming. They currently have the door locked, and I was let in and greeted promptly! The space is clean and fresh smelling, with soft 'spa' music playing. They have a small store front area at the front desk with teas and various bath/body products for sale.
My service provider was very informative and took time to discuss product ingredients as well as the benifits of sugar waxing. They were extremely respectful of my skin sensitivities! They said they were passionate about sugar waxing, and it definitely showed. Conversation was comfortable, and they kept checking on both my comfort on the table and with the comfort of the waxing experience.

I will be returning for sugar waxing and other services as well. I definitely recommend Aina to others! My only caution, which is not the spa's fault, is parking can be sparse near the location so allow yourself time to find parking and walk.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Aina Spa and staff for helping me relax before my wedding on Saturday! Everything was done so well where we could escape our busy lives and live in Bliss! Couldn’t be happier!
