I am very happy with the service at Air Liquide in Esquimalt BC.the staff went out of their way to make sure my tools were in safe working order.

I've given up trying to deal with the call center for this business, frustrating beyond belief! Insane run around with the most inconvenient way of paying bills. I have gone directly to the office on Ellery to pay bills so much easier and the staff there are always helpful!

I have been a customer for over 3 years and within the last year I have repeatedly found hidden charges and fees on my bills and cannot reach anyone from the company to discuss them. Head office will not answer their phones and the local branch cannot explain the increases and charges on my bills. This is the second time I have written a 1-star review for them, I removed the first one at their request when they promised to stop billing me without notifying me.

This is hands-down the most frustrating supplier I have ever dealt with in my professional career, avoid dealing with them if you can.
