Dealing with Air Temp made the entire process seamless, from first contact about getting an estimate until the completed installation. Mike is a professional, experienced and pleasant person to deal with and Nelia was most helpful and so prompt responding to our questions. We so appreciated that Mike was always on time, so efficient, and helpful. Air Temp is a wonderful business to deal with and we will definitely recommend them.

We bought a replacement AC Unit from Mike. He installed it as promised. Air Temp also applied for our rebate on the unit and submitted the information for the warranty. Could not have gotten better service.

Air Temp just replaced both our a/c and furnace and I must say that I'm very pleased with both their level of service and quality of installation. Neila in the office was always quick to respond and very helpful with the documentation. Mike's installation was flawless and his workmanship is high quality. They were great to work with throughout the entire process and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had Mike install a ductless mini-split system for our suite, which has been working great. He was fast and accommodating to line up with the electrician we had hired. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for heating/cooling installs.

Mike installed my furnace a few months back and it's been amazing. I had 5 quotes come to the house and Mike was by far the most professional and had the best prices. Furnace was located in a really awkward spot and most other companies wanted to charge me hundreds extra to get in it. Mike just got on with the job and completed the installation in 8 hours with no extra costs. His entire operation is very professional and easy to deal with. Helped me with the rebates and everything! I'll be calling them up when I need a new A/C without question.

Really happy with the work that Mike did in installing us a replacement furnace. He took the time to figure out what was needed and came to do the work a week later. Easily finished within the day with complete cleanup. We did a walkthrough and he explained everything.
But also the communication from Nelia is top notch - you know where you stand, when Mike's going to be here almost to the minute, and she provided full details on how to claim the Fortis discount.
I will use Mike again when we want to replace our AC. 100% recommend.

Friendly and informative. We were given a good quote, and even though Mike ended up having to do more work, he didn't up the price at all. He did a major job on budget and sooner than expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Temp!

We have had AirTemp Heating & Cooling do a few jobs for us and all have been great installs. Recently we had Mike replace a hot water tank, the job was done quickly, it easily passed inspection, with the gas inspector even commenting on the quality of install and paperwork completion. We also asked some questions about our gas fireplace, oven and the potential for a BBQ line, and Mike's responses were incredibly helpful, and likely saved us hundreds of dollars! Fast friendly and very knowledgeable. Back in May 2019, we hired Mike to replace our 25yr old furnace. Not only did he show up on time, he didn’t leave until the job was done on a Friday afternoon.
He also cleaned up the mess! WOW.

Very high praise for Mike's work. The job ended up being a bit harder than anticipated (older house had some odd design choices) but Mike worked hard so that this didn't affect the timeline nor the pricing. Everything works great and was good to go for the inspection. Highly recommended!

I been trying to have someone come and provide an estimate for both a furnace and AC replacement in OK Falls. I read reviews and decided to have Air Temp have a look which Mike did in a couple days. He provided quoted options with warranty which was around what I had thought it would be. We setup a schedule that worked best for me and he arrived. He did an amazing job with pride in his workmanship.

I have waited to do a review as it's been over 6 months since the install but I wanted to make sure that the system worked properly which it has and than some.
Bills are almost 45% lower and heat is balanced throughout the house.

Mike and Nelia were great to work with; timely answers to my abundance of questions, punctual and honest. Mike provided a quote for my furnace replacement and even though the job required more than just the replacement, he honoured his quote and didn’t charge a dollar more. I highly recommend this company!

We live in a 50+ year old house with just barely adequate insulation and needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Mike gave us a quote and he picked what we thought was the perfect size furnace and air conditioner for our house. He had to run about 35' of water line from a condensate pump to a laundry tub on the opposite end of the house through a finished basement. We have no floor drain by the furnace. We thought was brilliant as he hid almost all of the water line going to the tub. The installations both look professionally done and with a few rebates added in the price was very good in comparison to others. He answered all my silly questions with answers that made sense. Would highly recommend.

Mike and Nelia were fantastic to deal with. From the initial quote of a new central air conditioner and thermostat through to the installation, Air Temp treated us (and our home) like gold. Mike did not use the quote visit as an opportunity to up-sell but rather made pure and honest suggestions and opinions that best suited our needs - something we value tremendously and did not receive from a 'different company' that quoted on the same job.

Attention to detail was spot on, and installation was quick. We appreciate the the knowledge that Mike brings to the table as he noticed that our furnace wasn't quite up to code and even did some tin work to bring everything up to par. If you've read the other reviews, you know what to expect here. Mike was amazing, from the initial quote to install of my new Furnace and A/C. He also made sure I was informed about the decisions I was making, it's not like this is a coffee I'm buying here!

It's like he was working on his own house, everything was so meticulously done, and it all looks fantastic. When asked about a cover for my new AC, he even told me where I could get it cheaper. I still ordered it from him (and it's an exact fit).
