Great service. Got a re-charge of my AC. Was hooked up immediately after I arrived as walk-in and system was checked and re-charged. Very efficient and got a functioning AC again in my Jeep. Price was as I expected.

Our front air conditioner on our campervan wasn’t working at all. Though busy, Perry (or Barry, we didn’t quite catch his name!) did a quick pressure test, but the pressure was fine. He did another check, determined the problem was electrical, replaced a fuse and voila, we’re cool again. All within 10 minutes, and as we’d driven two hours to get there, he didn’t charge us, neither for his time nor the part. Thank you Auto Doctor for the great service!

I have never had such AMAZING service from a mechanics shop ever in my 25 years of driving. The professional service was exemplary. The price was on point. The extra attention to my safety, well being and pocket was unparalleled. I was referred to Autodoctor by a friend of mine, and I would refer Autodoctor to anyone (especially woman) to get your vehicle serviced. A huge thank you to Perry for getting me back on the road (safe and sound) in such a short time. I will definitely be using Autodoctor for all my vehicle needs. Thanks again guys! You made me so so happy:)

Thanks to the team at air doctor for the unreal support and service on making sure my truck was fully working even thou the gold Cummins gave us some very tricky corners to over come!

I had a front-end alignment issue in my F-150 that 2 other shops could not correct. Nothing was damaged or badly worn, it just wasn't done properly, and the tires wore unevenly. The AutoDoctor was recommended to me by a mechanic friend. Dave worked on the truck, and once he had it setup he was able to pin point and fix the issue. He also found some other minor maintenance items and fixed them as well. Last, he rotated the tires in such a way that they will wear "back in" from the damage caused by the incorrect alignment.

I drove the truck a few hundred kilometers, and no more unusual tire wear!

Moral of the story: when a shop tells you that your alignment is within spec, or green, it does not necessarily mean that the alignment is correct for your vehicle. It takes someone with years of experience to do it properly - go see Dave!

Exceptional service and attention to detail. They went the extra mile to repair the damage to my suspension and realign the front end of my Dodge Caravan. The vehicle now drivers quietly and better then before the issue happened. The response time was exceptional. Thank you Dave and Codie for making it happen at an affordable price. Kelowna is lucky to have a business like this. We have 3 vehicles, each needing service now and then. Since the start going back about 5 years Perry, Dave and Kodi have been a pleasure to work with getting things fixed. The analysis each time has been correct. Rates in line with market costs, they are efficient so you are getting your money's worth. The main thing is, they do what they say and when they say they will do it. Keep up the good work team, your services are appreciated!

Love these guys! The service was fantastic, quick and the price was very fair. Perry even went over a bill from OK Tire, who mis-diagnosed that my A/C was fine, and pointed out where I'd been over charged! They even worked oin the hottest day of the year to make sure I had cold air in the car! They also went out of their way to recommend a body shop for me. High;ly recommend, and will be going to them for all my future car troubles, which I hope are few!

I brought my minivan in for checking the air conditioning and I let them know it was leaking some where underneath of the dashboard. After checking, the estimate cost $522 plus tax for refill the refrigerant, AC system flush, evac and recharge. After 2 days, my minivan still have the same problem. I brought my minivan back and received the second estimate $1,818.78 plus tax. You can see the estimate on the paper. What do you think if you were me? I'll leave this answer for everyone before bringing the car for repair the air conditioning.

Professional staff, kind and understanding. My AC runs like new now. 15 min wait and 45 min service at a very reasonable cost. Lots of customers, all satisfied. Lucky to find this place when you moved from out of town.

Happy they could squeeze me in and take a look at my Tacoma. Everything was as told, no extra charges or anything. Would highly recommend for anything to do with your AC.

Great shop that does just about anything and everything. Great warranty on parts as well as labour. Got my vehicle in right away and had the issue figured out and fixed in a very timely manner. Definely recommended

I brought my Honda in during a heat wave when my A/C stopped working, expecting to leave the car for a day or more and walk out with a huge bill. Despite already running at full tilt at 9: 02 am, Dave (great guy!) checked me out (showing me every step of the way what he was looking for/at and not making me feel like a "girl" - ladies, you know what I mean!). He found the issue, quickly took care of it and - even when I checked to make sure he added time to the bill for the diagnostic work (he didn't!) - sent me home with a much smaller bill than anyone else would have. He's my new hero! Am going to take my general repairs there from now on (yes - they do other stuff too!). Thanks guys!

I work at this shop and I very much enjoy working here as well as the equality and respect that the owner (Perry) emulates through his business. Working behind the scenes i see that Perry truly cares about his employees and customers alike.

Here is a review that was sent to us via Email and i had the pleasure to diagnose and fix the A/c on.

I cannot say enough about the service I just received from The Air Doctor I am very old and was distraught when my mechanic presented me with a very large quote to repair the air conditioner on my twelve year old PT Cruiser, Dating from an age where things were more often repaired rather than replaced a friend suggested I speak to this company who seem to specialize in air conditioners but also do the usual car repairs.

I arrived with no appointment and explained my problem to the young man who came out to help. Very quickly he explained that another solution might be found and certainly one that could avoid the major expense that had been quoted.

I was treated to an iced tea in their office and given a rundown of what he would be trying and in about an hour and a half he did just that.sent me out with a working air conditioner.a promise to follow up if necessary. AND a saving of over $1,500.00!

Certainly their concern for the customer did seem as important to them as their bottom line and although each occasion will be different I would suggest you have a word with "Perry, James, or Dave". At Air Doctor on Enterprise Way

To the individual who gave the only poor rating: shop scheduling is not an exact science. Emergencies happen, you need to be a little more understanding and less critical. I recently retired after 38 years in the automotive business and let me tell you, any shop that stays late deserves praise.
I took my vehicle in thinking the compressor had failed, after diagnosis, they discovered fault pressure switches, a lot less expensive repair than anticipated. The owner was extremely professional and works very hard at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. Not everyone needs a fancy computer program, it’s not what keeps customers happy. I’m happy to report that this shop exceeded
my expectations - and I’m hard to please, so people say.

This “business” is an unorganized joke. I've never had a company continually fail as these guys have. It's hard to even know where to start.
First off - they're terribly unorganized. They have no system, and WILL NOT CALL YOU for any reason, you have to call them if you ever want your vehicle back. Every single time I entered they had to completely rewrite all of my information. They need a computer system, or someone that understands how to keep a binder organized. + They don't actually have appointment times for anything like every other shop does. They just “get to it when they get to it”
I also was not informed when the part I needed arrived. I was told on a Thursday it would be there Tuesday, I received no call and on the following Thursday when I called they said it was just sitting there.

Secondly - I was originally told the work would be 3 hours, then 5 hours, and then an entire day. ON TOP OF THAT after I had dropped my car off (right when they opened) I was promised it would be completed for closing. Not only did they not phone me to inform me it wouldn't, but I was than told “I don't know how to fix it” which leads me to believe he didn't even start, considering he said it could be done for the next day.

Thirdly, the customer service is awful. Originally they seemed fantastic, and offered a decent price. However as soon as they failed at their promises they got incredibly defensive.
Instead of saying “I'm sorry, we will get it fixed asap” they said “I'm sorry. I said I'm sorry. ” And offered no help. It felt like I was pulling teeth just to get an answer of IF let alone WHEN they could fix my vehicle. (They did eventually realize they made a mistake)

Don't promise things you can't deliver.
Don't get defensive when you get called out for it.
Please, learn how to run a business or shut down, and find a different line of work.

Things fall behind it's completely understandable, but as someone who's worked plenty of customer service you do not start acting rude when you mess up!

*The only redeeming quality* is that they still charged me the quote I was originally given, and he stayed after hours to finish the work on my car. (However considering they overbooked, that should happen anyways) That's as fair as I can be. However I will never be returning to them. Out of all the auto shop I've been to this is hands down the worst experience I've had.

⅕ NEVER use this shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edit* given the reply he gave, that means everything he told me in the store was a fabricated lie. I'm now even unhappier than i was before knowing he lied straight to my face. What an awful reply to this complaint. Point stays the same. Don't come here.
