We had a challenging situation regarding a heat pump installation within our strata complex, and our estimator, Nick, made at least four trips to our house to help us engineer the ideal solution. He then showed up on the day of the install to make sure everything ran smoothly. The technicians/installers were superb. Highly recommended!

This unit was put in my mother’s home and she couldn’t say enough about how efficient and professional the staff were as well as how very polite they all were.

Brett explained why the original diagnosis was not right and quickly determined the real issue with our heat pump. His installation of a new compressor went well and he also verified there were no leaks in the system. He explained things very clearly and gave me confidence in his knowledge and skills throughout our experience. And the bill matched the estimate, nothing extra. The system is working very well now. I was extremely pleased with my service from Aire Serv. I moved into a 1968 home and my first early morning in, the heat wasn't working. I called around and their dispatch Veronica was extremely helpful and assured me she would see what she could do on such short notice for our emergency. Within ten minutes Veronica called me back and confirmed that a technician was would be over in 30 minutes. The technician that showed up was Jeff Lederer and he was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Jeff took a look at my system and quickly discovered what the issue was (the "technician" that had installed the heat pump had messed up big time) and Jeff documented every item and explained everything very thoroughly to me about the system, what was wrong, and what he did to fix it.

I was extremely pleased with Aire Serv and their prompt and friendly workers. Shout out to Veronica and Jeff for helping my 11 degree house get warm. Highly recommend them.

We would like to say how impressed we were with the employees who installed our heat pump. We thought the text from all three saying they were on there way with pictures of themselves was a great touch. They were on time got right to work, took care to put covers on their boots or take them off. They were friendly and informative on how to use the remote. We highly recommend all four of your employees.

Company initially installed unit (air handler, electronic filter, new duct work and heat pump) 12 years ago and have been providing regular maintenance to ensure equipment is running properly. Service reps.have been very knowledgeable and have provided hints and suggestions in operating the system efficiently. I would highly recommending them for your service/maintenance or installation needs.

This is by far the best business we dealt with in our search for a heat pump retrofit. This was a very challenging retrofit of a 1986 three level house with no ductwork, no attic, heated floors and radiant ceiling heat, which has also had several additions over the years. None of the other companies we requested a quote from were willing to take on a job of such complexity. Jeremy, the senior tech at Aire Serv, drew up a plan of action and away we went. A shout out to all of the crew who helped bring this extremely challenging job to a successful conclusion. They were all professional, friendly and did an exemplary job. My expensive new heat pump system wasn’t cooling the house this summer (not installed by Aire Serv) and the copper lines were icing up inside whenever it was hot outside. After waiting for six weeks for the original HVAC contractor to look at it - they said they were too busy - I contacted Aire Serv hoping they could diagnose and solve the problem. The technician was here the next morning and fixed it. Finally, cool air! He also showed me a couple of other things that should be modified to make the system perform better. And the bill was lower than I expected! Very happy with the friendly and professional service from Aire Serv.

I am VERY disappointed with my most recent experience with AireServ. We had previously used AireServ in the past few months to service our heat pump and also to provide a deep claiming service. The company states that they provide a satisfaction guarantee for their work. Shortly after the deep cleaning servuce, we noted that our heat pump was not working to the same cooling level as prior to the services so we contacted them to express this. They said that they would have so eone come out to check what was going on without any mention of there being any costs for the callout. As the technician who had serviced our system previously was ill they sent out an apprentice who stated upon arrival that he had zero experience with these systems. Despite being a nice guy, he took an exceptionally long time and eventually told us that our refrigerant was low. The technician at that point gave us the option to refill the refrigerant, again without any discussion of cost. As it was the hottest point of the year, we agreed that he should continue but did not expect the $900 bill that arrived appropriately half an hour AFTER the technician left out homewhich included three hours of callout time PLUS an additional $400 plus for the refrigerant. Quite dismayed, considering we had already paid the company approximately $800 for the previous two services, we reached out to the company to express our opinion and to see if they would give some consideration to the bill. We were told by the "office manager" that she had already talked to the owner and they were prepared to do nothing about the bill. I further reached out to the BBB to see if they could intervene and the company again failed to change their stance shafting us with a $900 bill for services whereby there was NEVER any mention of ANY costs and for which there was ZERO estimate given. I will ever deal with these crooks again.

Professional and trust worthy service, great explanation of the repair and what had gone wrong. When I couldn't be there directly for the final repair and it needed more than one part they sent me a video walk through of what was done and why it needed to be done. Plus also sent the same technician both times as to not have any wasted time. Overall great interaction wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using this business to service my heat pump in the future.

Aire Serv handled my new heat pump installation and looked after everything including the free consultation to determine location, electrical and gas pipe fitter. And all work was organized and completed in one day. Jeremy, Kevin, Austin and Mr. Electric were stars.

Am happy with the system Aire Serv installed, but what really sets them apart is the follow-up. A tech came out today and went through the whole system from top to bottom; all complimentary. I was told it's all part of their service. Very impressed.

I can't thank the team from Aire Serv enough. This is the second heat pump (second home) that we have had installed by them. We truly felt the professionalism, expertise, commitment to detail and thoughtfulness of all of the crew. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

A rep came to our house on Feb. 28 to give us a quote for a heat pump. The rep advised that he would provide the quote by March 4. On March 22 I emailed Aire Serv asking when we could expect the quote. They apologized for the delay and advised they would look into it. Today is March 29 and we still have not received the quote nor have we heard anything further from Aire Serv.

We called Aire Serv Heating & Conditioning to request a yearly maintenance on our electric furnace. Every office staff member that we talked to from our first conversation to book the appointment to the final call when we received our invoice was friendly, courteous, helpful and very professional. The serviceman had those same qualities and was right on time for our appointment. How on earth has Aire Serv been able to assemble such a terrific team? We also really appreciated the automated services (by email) that confirmed our appointment and reminded us about our service call. This company is very efficient! We have booked our appointment for next year and would highly recommend them to others. Thanks, Aire Serv!

Worst experience to deal with those people. The tech came to my place and mentioned that he can start work for the duct work next week but they couldn't even provide a quote for the work. I have called them quite a few times and still nothing changed. I won't recommend them to any of my friends and family

Left a message to call me back and they didn’t get it until later in the afternoon for some reason, once they figured out that our call was missed they contacted us right away to assist.

Once we got in Contact with them they set up an appointment for the next day at noon and since the tech was awesome (and a brand new Red Seal Grad on top of that …. Congrats!) the job was actually done well before noon.

AIRSERV has helped us out a couple other times as well and they always get the job done as quickly and effective as they can.

Our defrost cycle, stopped working. The technician was able to replace the parts and get our heating going again. We are using them for our regular maintenance from now on.

Fantastic, helpful, quick and nice guys too- they’ve been fantastic this Christmas season getting my heat pump serviced and operating.

We had been without heat for almost 24 hours and called on Aire Serv and are we ever sure glad we did. Danielle was very friendly on the phone and a service tech showed up within 4 hours of our first call. Mike was very professional and thorough and we now have a warm house again. On Friday, June 25/21 there was a knock at my door around dinner time and a fellow from AireServ advised me that he was just driving by my brand new house in Westhills and noticed water dripping down the side of my house from the vent of my HVAC. He said that he was going to install an elbow on the end of the pipe so that the water did not drip down the side of the house or in behind the hardie plank. He also took the time to explain to me about the settings for my new HVAC. He is definitely an asset to your company and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. Awesome employee!

I called Aire Serv out of desparation as the company that came to fix it originally would not return phone calls and just left me in the dark as to why it was taking so long to get parts. Aire Serv came to check it out within an hour and had the AC fixed that day.from the time I called to the time it was fixed was about 4 hours. Very happy with the customer service, they have a new customer.

The install was done in less than a day, 2 x commercial dehumidifiers, ceiling mounted with vibration controls in place, plumbed, running by 2 techs who were sensitive to our business and Covid protocols during the install. Explained operations, warranty and cleaned up mess.
I await the units to remove the humid air in our fish store, its only been a couple hours.
