For 2 years during COVOID I was a tenant at the B&B on Amity Drive in North Saanich.
During the last 6 months the behavior of the landlady became rather uncharacteristic! September 2022 I found myself locked out of the suite without any reason or cause! Having excellent references, I was able to secure temporary lodgings. I am writing this review to warn other potential renters of the unstable situation at this lodging.
With so little rental property on the market it would be tempting to rent this suite. However being locked out illegally, having to involve the police to be able to access my belongings was a dreadful ordeal.
This is my personal experience and MAY it save some others grief.
