Adon and Michelle did our annual heat pump check and maintenance. They were friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They gave us a clear evaluation of where our various systems were at in terms of maintenance and life span and gave easy to understand options for maintenance and replacement.

We had some issues with drainage due to previous owners terrible actions, when I noticed an issue I called and they were back on site within 10 minutes. I have used AirVantage twice this year for new hot water tank replacement in Feb 2021 and just recently in Sept 2021 for new Furnace and central AC roughed in, ready for next Summer.

After a fair amount of research into products/brands and 3 quotes from 3 different companies, Airvantage was the front runner. Their reviews here and from friends and family are true. Their overall service from the beginning with speaking with Heather to facilitate a quote right the way through to the end with the cleanup after the install, we are completely satisfied. The new furnace is much quieter and much more efficient than our 35yr old furnace and we appreciate longer hot showers with the new tank too.

I have to give a lot of credit to Heather as she has put up with a lot of my questions, facilitated service appointments, she is very responsive and this in itself is unfortunately rare for most service companies but not here. Heather is great to work with!

Just before the heat wave hit this summer, we had AirVantage install our AC system. Right on time! We could not be happier. During the previous summers, the inside of our house was almost unbearable but now it is now nice and cool. We do not know how we survived before without AC!

We got five different quotes. When we met with the estimator, Landen, we felt that he was the most competent and honest. He took the time to thoroughly examine our roughed in AC lines, wiring and venting. Most of the other companies wanted to install the largest AC unit that could our furnace. Landen explained that, due to the number of floor vents and the size of our house, this was unnecessary.

I would like to thank the lead installing technician, Jeremy, and his team for their professionalism and workmanship. They politely and patiently answered all my questions and explained the installation process.

AirVantage have just finished the process of removing our 34+ year old furnace, replacing it, and installing air conditioning. We are very happy with the efficient, friendly, and highly professional service we received from Brandon, Ross, and the other fellows who were involved with the work. We have already recommended AirVantage to some friends who are interested in having AC installed.

When our old central air AC broke, I looked through the many AC repair companies that service my area. It's easy to go through and nix the companies with mediocre ratings but there were still a bunch of companies with good reviews. But there was one company that really stood out. This company had WAY more 5 star ratings than every other company. Now, we were in the dead heat of summer without AC. We wanted a new AC as fast as possible. But we opted to trust the crazy # of 5 star ratings AirVantage had and wait for their availability. Though we went a month without AC, it was 111% worth the wait!

We were given such amazing and honest service right from the first appointment of seeing what was wrong with our dead 25-year-old AC unit. We were given fair options based on our budget. Once we made our choice, they gave us a date, and that was it! They got the job done in one day, no matter the complexity of the situation. They even fixed a whole bunch of stuff that was related to the AC (dryer vent locations, dryer/heater pipe angles, etc.) that the previous do-it-yourself owners really messed up. It was a real "just book it and relax" feel for us.

But not only was the product and installation worth what we paid, they were very trustworthy. Because of the extra work our circumstance required, they added an extra guy to the job. Not once did they consider moving dates on us, extending the job, or charging us more because the man hours were increased. They gave us a quote, stuck to it, and got the job done. (As people were added to the job, we even got text messages with pictures of the employees that were assigned to our ticket # so we were always sure about who was on our property.) They were professional, very kind, efficient, patient with my questions (both in person and on the phone). It was a completely stress-free experience.

They really area "customer first" company and we'll be continuing to use them for all of our furnace and AC needs (and everything else they may do).

Ross and his team did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning unit and we certainly appreciated there professionalism.

Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. Communication by email and phone was quick. They arrived on time, everyone knew their job and they got to it. I had central air within hours. When I had trouble (with my furnace, not their a/c) they were there within a day and had the problem fixed within a hour for no charge. The A/C unit itself is not quite strong enough to keep the upstairs as cool as I like it (but I'm still grateful to have it!)
