Airwaves Music - Kelowna DJs

Airwaves was great in helping us plan the music and program for our wedding. They have a good online system (could use some updating) that made it easier to organize our music by the different events of the day. We sent in our last payment early but was connected with our DJ a bit later than we would have liked- however, wildfires in the region probably affected this. Otherwise they were really good to work with and everything turned out really well.

My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure to work with Airwaves and Chris for our wedding this September. The team was PHENOMENAL to work with, so prompt in their responses, always up to date and had immense care throughout the entire process. As weddings are so particular and are such big milestones in ones life, the amount of care put into each individual detail with the team was unmatched. Chris brought about the best party of the evening - we could not have imagined a better day to celebrate!

Airwaves (& DJ Niko) were absolutely phenomenal on our wedding day at the Neverland Tea Cottage in Naramata. They were clear and prompt with communication and coordination and the online dashboard made everything seamless. Amazing vendor overall and great team members!

Booking vendors for your wedding is kind of weird, isn't it? Special shout out to the gentleman who video-chatted us while laying in bed. Spoiler alert: he did not get the gig. Honourable mention to another vendor who reserved a date/time for our wedding but didn't follow through.

Long story short, Airwaves was very professional and punctual with their correspondence. DJ Beau was a real gem and "read the room" very well. Everything went off without a hitch! I would recommend DJ Beau / Airwaves for your next wedding booking.

They say people remember two things about weddings, the food and the party. If you work with Airwaves Music, they will make sure to match you with a DJ that will make everyone remember the party. Our DJ, Chris, was an absolute rock star, we couldn’t have asked for a better fit for the day. He was so great to work with leading into the event, with editing our first dance song and providing great music suggestions. He also for connected with our cinematographer and us before the ceremony started to ensure the ceremony went smoothly, and lastly for keeping the dance floor bumping all night long! He was so helpful for our wedding coordinator as well, going the extra mile and being flexible throughout the day to assist where possible. We can’t say enough great things about Chris and the team at Airwaves Music!

Airwaves so great to work with. The planning components and flexibility around booking, equipment, add-ons etc was so helpful, especially as we planned through the pandemic. The comfort of knowing we would have a back up DJ if something happened was really important to us as well. A big shout out to Beau Loomer who we worked directly with for our event. He was flexible about our very last minute requests and so patient with my disorganization. Despite all of this, he did an amazing job of keeping the party going and mixing tunes throughout the night that kept people at our party all night long. I highly recommend both Beau and Airwaves!

Our wedding DJ was amazing! The ceremony music all went smoothly, and he ensured everyone had a great time dancing at the reception.

DJ Eddie at Airwaves Music was the BEST DJ. We had a fairly complicated location (in the forest with multiple set-ups, running off a generator that needed to be moved, etc.) and Eddie handled everything seamlessly. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone kept telling us how great he was! We have given out his info to atleast 3 people who asked for it after the wedding! The communication was fantastic and Airwaves online database is easy to use and very helpful for requests. We would HIGHLY recommend DJ Eddie! Thank you Eddie and Airwaves for making our epic forest bush-party a dream come true!

We had absolutely no clue what we were doing when it came to planning our wedding reception. The whole thing was made so much easier with Airwaves. They provided forms and timelines that were very helpful to us with keeping the night on track. Waira, Patrick, and Jena were incredibly easy to work with, had answers to all of our questions, and were very easy to get a hold of when we needed. Patrick is an amazing DJ. Friendly, and professional. We would 100% recommend Airwaves.
