My bridesmaids and I had a great experience visiting Aivia Nails before my wedding. Booking an appointment over the phone was easy. The staff were able to accomodate our group of five women so that we could enjoy getting our nails done all at the same time. Service was friendly and efficient, and the salon is clean with comfortable seating for both manicures and pedicures. They have a great selection of gel colours and my polish has held up very well since our appointment. Thanks for a great visit, Aivia Nails!

I am very disappointed with the results that i received from this business. I payed way more than i should have for a solid colour fill. This wouldn’t be a big deal if the paint didn’t chip after 2 days. The nails were all different lengths and some were shaped differently. I am not thrilled with my experience i will not be visiting again.

I've been coming to Aivia regularly for the last few months. I've been served by several of the nail techs and all have been amazing. The service is always very thorough and quick!

I had my first ever pedicure at Aivia with Lock as my attendant; it was a wonderful, very positive, first experience! The environment is beautiful and professionally managed; the staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the service was reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Aivia!

My sister and I took our mom here for a last minute mother's day pedicure and although we made bookings, we did have to wait a few minutes to get in as the place was quite busy. The luxury pedicure was great though and we were pleased with the overall service and end results of our pedicures.

Don't buy this product from Aivia for $12, you can buy it at Superstore for 1/2 the price!

Excellent! I can’t say enough nice things about this place! Fantastic job on my nails, excellent service. They go above and beyond. It’s clean and lovely and their employees are friendly. By far the best place in Cranbrook.

My nails came out flawless! Smooth, even and the art and shape are exactly what I wanted! I won’t go anywhere else.

My feet are in good shape and they did a very poor job at exfoliating leaving lots of loose skin on heel. Not impressed. Manicure has hang nail edges with gel polish and polish on my skin. Very rushed and not a friendly environment. Will not be going back

This is such an incredible salon. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, all of the staff have an eye for detail and take pride in their service and on top of that, their cleanliness. This was the first experience I’ve had where I didn’t feel rushed or unwelcome. I felt relaxed and pampered. I am so incredibly happy for their new journey here and I can’t wait to come back for my fill!

Seriously, just go. Very clean with a nice atmosphere. The massage chairs during your pedicure are great along with the staff. I'm looking forward to returning again.

Long story short, I have been looking to find a nail salon in cranbrook that will offer the services of doing long nails, and I've had 0 luck until Aivia nails opened up. I came in last Sunday and got my nails done. And I'm beyond thrilled with how my nails turned out. Their all the same shape, length and everything I wished for. I will most definitely be back again as I'm beyond happy with the service I received. Fun, friendly and happy atmosphere, and very welcoming staff. 10/10 experience, and nails.

Came as a walk-in and they were able to get me in right away. Super friendly inviting atmosphere, and I did not feel rushed at all. My nails came out perfectly. They were also very gentle compared to other salons I have tried.

I don’t usually get my nails done as in the past my nails would come out pretty crooked, but when I say that I received the best acrylic nails in my life, I am not lying. The team is super friendly and clean and walking into the salon felt like walking into a high-end salon in the city. I highly recommend any of the workers at the salon. But my lady today Chelsea was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much.

Got my nails done a few days ago at Aivian and my experience was wonderful! The lady was very sweet and professional. Very skilled and did a fantastic job at shaping and painting my design! 10/10 would recommend!:)
