I recently visited Aladin Car Wash and was deeply disappointed. The starting price of $21 felt unjustified for the subpar service provided. The rushed and lackluster cleaning left my car far from spotless, and the overpriced add-ons only added to the disappointment. Save your money and find a better car wash elsewhere.

I came here the week before with my friend to drop her off to pick up her car from detailing. I inquired about having my floor carpets deep cleaned. Dominic who is in charge gave me a a couple of quotes, one for just the floors and one for the whole car. The price for the whole car wasn't much more so I booked an appointment for my whole car to be detailed. Being the third owner of my 2005 car the carpets really needed a deep clean. The previous owner spilled some orange coloured food between the seat and center console which I hadn't noticed until after the purchase. It was disgusting. I'm so happy with the service Dominic and his team provided. They did an excellent job cleaning my old car. The leather is brighter and more vibrant. My main concern which was the spill is non existent. They really got it all out! The final step was the auto car wash which on its own is quite pricey but if you have your car cleaned by them it's included into the price. I liked how the mechanical spinning brush danced across the front of my car unlike many other auto washes where thr brushes are stuck in their position. Prior to entering the wash the guys give the bumpers and mirrors a good scrub to make sure your car comes out clean. I found the team to be eru approachable and friendly. I'm very happy with the service I received and will be recommending anyone who needs a car detailing to come here. Thank you for your service!

I was accosted by a deranged, angry, little man there today. Probably the same guy who responds to negative reviews with “new driver” comments. I’m telling you, this place is SHADY and unsafe. Drive in the opposite direction!

If you’re in a rush, willing to pay $21 for basic wash, in the area and just need your car cleaned then this is your place.

They quickly spray soap and brush down your windows prior to starting. Appreciate the guy getting the side mirrors as well as most auto car wash don’t hit it. The facilities is dated and it’s just a quick auto wash. Nothing fancy here and it gets the job done.

The price is high $21 for basic and by far the most expensive auto wash I’ve paid for. I probably won’t return unless I’m in a pitch and in the area.

I can’t comment on any scratches as I don’t keep count of scratches on my car. Also, wash your car at home if you’re worried about that. Hundreds of cars go through there and you think they can remove sand, dirt and stuff off the fabric bands after each wash?

Small, independent car wash. A little confusing if you've never been because it's not clear how you pay but there's an attendant at the entrance of the car wash who prescrubs your car and takes your money/card.

A staff member brushes and sprays especially dirty areas in a pre-wash procedure. Then the car is pulled through the car wash itself; it's a touch process and the spinning wheels covered in cloth strips use friction and soap to clean the car. Some critics of touch car washes mention scratches might result from the cloth's friction, but I didn't notice any after a brief inspection. Some dirt left on the, presumably, hard to reach areas under the side doors. Overall, the car looks clean and shiny mind you

It’s very nice and very useful, but the only problem is about prices. I think 21 dollars for basic is too much. Anyway I am happy because my car is too clean right now.

I stopped in a Christmas Day last minute because I was looking for a car wash and they were open to my surprise. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service with the drive through car wash and affordable pricing - best automatic car wash I’ve had! So glad I found this hidden gem. Already recommended my bf to go there and he loves it too.

Unbelievably excellent customer service, and professional interior car detailing! This was my very first time getting the interior of my car detailed, and Dominic made the entire process very stress free. He was prompt with the texting communication, thorough with explaining the process and fair with the cost. He even went above and beyond with giving my car an ozone treatment to help me with my dust allergy! Thank you Dominic!

Staff were abrupt and my car came out practically just as dirty as it went in. Very unhappy with this service. A complete waste of $15 and my time as I will now have to hand wash my car after going to the car wash.

Absolutely terrible. The car came out dirtier than it went in, and my car which is brand new (less than 1 month) now has multiple scratches and chips due to this car wash. I had to take the car home and wash it by hand, and get touch up paint for the multiple chips. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Quick wash took about 4 mins, fully automated. Charged about 9$ for basic cleaning, hassle free

Highly recommend! Had an interior shampoo done on a used car I purchased recently. Dominic and his team are fantastic - they made it look brand new and took the time to take care of every detail. Terrible. $15 for tunnel wash and they didn't even use any shampoo. After their tunnel, went home to wash my car by my self. Not sure if I would pay $60+ for detailing here which is by appointment only btw. Won't be back

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! They are the worst car wash i’ve ever been to in my life. I paid $15 for a “Deluxe Wash” and as my car entered the tunnel, it didn’t work, nothing worked. So they made me come all the way back around and i had to wait in the lineup again! So when i get there again, they told me they were very sorry for the inconvenience and they will give me the more expensive wash (premium wash) at no cost.they also said they will give me a wash on the house may I choose to return. I was obviously annoyed that I came to this place for a quick cheap wash (I was not expecting anything to be perfect, just wanted to get the dust and dirt off my car), and then had to wait in the lineup twice. So when i go through the wash, it works great, lots of soap and scrubber things, but i’m getting close to the end and i notice there’s still A LOT of soap still on my car, I hoped that there would just be a lot of water at the end to get it all off, but there wasn’t. There was pretty much just a trickle of water like it was coming out of a sink tap. So then i get to the dryers and it just blows all the soap all over the place. So now my car is wet and soapy and honestly looks worse than before I came to the wash. So at this point I am EXTREMELY frustrated that i’ve wasted so much time (it’s been almost half and hour at this point), So i stop at the end and honked and pointed out that there’s literally still soap all over my car, and then they told me they’re sorry but they don’t know why it’s not working for my car. “Every other car was fine, we don’t know why your car is like this” so I asked if he thought that it was my fault that it was covered in soap? And he says that don’t use soap they use something that sounded like “vaccines” but i couldn’t really understand what he said, and he said they’re not harmful to my car. I told him i don’t think you understand my point, i don’t care if it’s soap or if it’s harmful, it’s all over my car and doesn’t look good, can you please just rinse it off with a hose? And they said i would have to come back though the wash for a better rinse. SO THIS IS MY 3RD TIME GOING INTO THE WASH. I am so annoyed and i asked for a refun because this had wasted my time and my money and they refused and said “we already gave you the premium wash and you’re going in again and we will give you the free wash on the house next time you come” So I just said fine whatever and continued in for the 3rd time. When i get out at the end it’s way better but still a lot of soap on my front windshield where the wipers are, and still water everywhere (dryers clearly don’t work that well) so i pulled over again and showed them all the soap and water and turned my wipers on to show them smearing around the soap, they told me that all the cars come out of the wash with water and the “coating”. I said that it’s soap and it’s running down my window, they said “it’s not soap and it’s not harmful” again. I asked them if it’s suppose to look like this when you come out of the wash and they said no. So then i asked why it looks like that. And they said that my car didn’t react with the sensor in the wash, and that they have no idea why my car didn’t get washed well, pretty much sounded like he was blaming my car or something. So I went into tim hortons and asked for a couple cups of water, brought them out to my car and dumped them where all the soap was, looked so much better. I live in an apartment so it’s not like I can hookup my hose and just rinse my car myself, if i did, i would’ve been out of that wash faster than you could believe. I hope everyone reads this as a warning!

Great service, owner is very nice and friendly. Quick service. Very different from other drive through wash where no one is there to serve. But this wash impressed me because a friendly staff manually sprays the car with chemical so it comes out very clean. My whole family goes there
