Dan from Alair Homes is a truly one of the best builders in the Okanagan. Attention to detail, quality craftmanship and an eye for detail make these guys stand above the rest. They have a great team from subtrades to the project manager. Honest and transparent is the way they build and you will always know where you stand with your budget & timeline at any point in the process!

Zero respect for the neighbourhood. Aggressive driving and absurd noise at the earliest legally allowed timed. Get out!

Dan and Brad built our custom home and it was a pleasure working with them both. Building in todays market is extremely tough with supply chain issues and sub trades dealing with staffing shortages, but Alair worked with us and in the end gave us a beautiful home.
I would recommend calling them if you are interested in building your dream home.
