Everton else in the store was very kind and helpful but there was one Indian sales associate who was very rude. The manager of this outlet seems very inexperienced and she doesn’t know how to handle customer complaints or coach the associates. Very disappointing but love the quality of Aldo shoes and bags.

It was a great experience. I bought white heels and I completely love it. Also, their staff is very helpful especially Ananya who was very cheerful and nice. These kind of people light up everyone's mood. Thank you for your great service

I buy some boats in Aldo but ıts not fit ı want to change but they say you can wear of course ı can wear otherwise how can ı understand to fit or not my foot and fingers has lots of woud up ı can not wear 2 days shoes so how can ı do it that shoes ın your sales friend too rude ı tell all friend about this bad experience to Aldo ı can not buy shoes or anything else

No one helps. Every single one ignores when u look for help and I would say just help urself. Girls were either gossiping with each other or wandering around trying to make no eye contact with customers. Not only with me, they were doing this to pretty much everyone in store. I just left the store without buying anything. No smiles, smirky faces and very ignorant.

In Metrotown aldo, there is a salesgirl the name is NICOL thats the Indian punjabi girl. She is very rude with customers and having a very bad customer service. She is one of the bad salesperson in aldo.

I tried on a pair of shoes at this location a few weeks back, and the entire experience was somewhat unprofessional. This young lady helped me out afterwards and it was the only reason I decided to buy the pair.

Ignoring every customer coming in and not being able to assist anyone properly. I asked a question and got immediately dismissed. Seems like the two workers would rather gossip about their lives than assist people.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great service. Also, they provide good choices and prices too.

I bought two shoes a few months back from Aldo and guess what? Both of em are Not Comfortable at ALL.

If you are looking for comfortable shoes than Aldo is not Recommend at all.

Remember, I bought two and both are horribly uneasy to wear.
