ALDO

I was visiting Vancouver back in early September and I stopped by this store while I was in Pacific Centre. I had a pleasant experience with their helpful and attentive staff.

On Oct 6, Friday I walked into Aldo shoe shop Pacific Centre mall Vancouver around 7pm.
There were 3 sales people working there, they immediately looked down their noses, no greeting, no offer of assistance. They were busy chatting instead of helping. I asked a brown sales guy regarding a shoe size and he bluntly replies you can read it’s on the shoe to that I replied I do not have my glasses and hence I asked you.
I was upset with his rude behaviour and just walked out of the store. You need to train these sales people how to deal with customers. Sorry will never enter this store if I see this guy. He needs to be TERMINATED.

Had a great experience at this location, good customer service and staff that enjoy what they do it hard to find these days! I was helped by Mark and he is the the sweetest most helpful little cutie! Thank you Mark!

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with my recent interaction at Aldo. I can't express my frustration enough. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism, leaving me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Their behavior was not only rude but also aggressive, which is entirely unacceptable in any customer-oriented environment. On top of that, the level of irresponsibility displayed was shocking. The customer service was abysmal, making it clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I genuinely hope that the management takes the necessary steps to address these serious issues and improve the overall shopping experience for future customers.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff are very rude and aggressive. Very irresponsible. Terrible customer service. They don't even accept your returns from other Aldo stores.
Will never shop at Aldo again.

Rude & aggressive. The incompetent staff "Heph" started to visibly loose patience after having to deal with my return of 4 pairs of shoes ordered online. One of them wasn't recognised by their system and she explained that she would keep the pair but won't refund me and that I should trust that a refund would be processed, some day, she didn't know when, when her manager / the system would be able to reconcile the new pair of shoes & my purchase. So I asked to take a picture of the box as a proof that the box remained in the store & for her name. She yelled all offended in front of the other customers that she was not to give me her private details.she then snapped out of it probably realising I only asked for something that a lot of stores display on a name tag. I took care of everything myself via Aldo's customer service (which were wonderfully helpful) since the store never called me back regarding my refund, of course.

Great staff! A guy helped me to find the right fit after so many others tried. I recommend this store for it’s helpful people

I went today, the sales associate was helpful and friendly, so this what happen I was so happy because I am a fan of disney character so I decided to go found out if theres one. So I saw the display. There was so I automatically Ask for a new one. They did gave me but I assume its new so I purchased it when I reach home its damage.it seems the display is better than the new one.not pleased because I was going to give it to my daughter.

Worst customer service. I stranded infront of the cashier for 15 min yesterday at 6 pm to get a refund. There was two girls around- because they were so busy they were ignoring the fact that I was waiting to be attended. Super rude when one of them named Jana finally attend my situation with no solution to it. Never ever will buy for Aldo again.
