We are so disappointed with the level of customer service we received from Courtney at the Park Royal Aldo in West Vancouver. My family and I have been purchasing Aldo products for sometime but after this experience at the store we are not going back. The rep was extremely rude and did not want to help us in any way. This was a in store pick up after ordering the item online and Courtney did not want anything to do with it. We felt unwelcomed at the store. This experience was not okay. Don't recommend this location.
