I order pair of shoes online today. They came with visible wear and tear. Seems like someone had worn them for days or they had shipped display model.

I came to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased and I’m not sure if the person that was helping me was a manager or what but he was accusing me of wearing the shoes out which I have not. I think it is very rude to accuse your customers of something you don’t even know if they did or not. I use to work for Aldo and their customer service sure has gone down hill. I have contacted HQ about this as the whole thing was just insane.

Bought a pair of boots online - unfortunately they did not fit when they arrived. I took them to the store to return and was helped by a very pleasant young woman who had me in and out in 5 minutes. No hassle, super easy. Will definitely shop here again, though I wish their boots fit a little wider.

Very disappointed service. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, the next second, the salesperson just turn to another customer and didn’t bring my shoes even after she finished talking with that customer.

Having worst experience with only this store, as the boy staff was not very communicative and instead he was just roaming in the store freely, instead of asking the customers regarding help or the products we have to walk to them for the service and at the end, the bad service arrive when we get two different shoes with different colour buckle.

Worse customer service ever. The assistant store manager, Amir, has no customer skills. He wouldn’t even listen to the complaint. Brutal service.

I came in on a Saturday 18th June and me and my friend were looking at shoes. We bought the shoes and forgot the Mac bag we had bought previously in the store. I realised that I don't have it the next day Sunday June 19th and I called the store. The employee working there, a guy told me they had the bag (RIGHT WHEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE MAC BAG), but asked me to call in 30 minutes because he had to text the girl working on Saturday to know where she put it as he couldn't find it in the back. So i gave him an hour and called back and he said they don't have it and said someone might have claimed it. NOBODY WOULD'VE AS THAT BELONGED TO ME AND I KNEW I LEFT THERE AND WHAT IT WAS. So i went in on Tuesday June 21st to know what is going on. A guy took my number and said they would reach out in a day or two. Nobody did! I went in today June 27th and returned the shoes I bought. And the employee asked me if I have contacted customer service. OMG Terrible customer service. I would recommend not to use this store. I don't really wrote reviews but this ALDO store has made me do it. WORST EVER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever. Been their twice and both times they acted like they were doing us a favour, constantly ignoring customers and rushing us the whole time. I’m investing in your product and i need to make sure I want it.

The staff working here is really rude, they don’t know how to behave politely with their customers.
Need to work on your customer service skills.

Had the worst experience ever.
I love Aldo shoes and went there to try some new styles. But there are bunch of teenage girls working, who come to work to gossip with each other. Not to do their job.
I asked them a couple of times for different sizes, both of them were so rude and showed me so much attitude as if they were kind of princess and not here for this job.

Note to the manager - please reconsider when hiring your staff. This kind of attitude is just not acceptable when you work in customer service
I will never be buying from this location, none of my friends

Absolutely disappointed in how we were treated this afternoon at this Guilford location. My daughter was looking at boots, and when we asked for assistance (because we were never greeted or offered any help), the sales person said 'we don't carry her size'. Not hello can we help, or what can we do for you? Never even asking what size we were looking for. My daughter wears ladies sizes. When I pointed that out, and that we were unsure of her exact size because she recently outgrew her shoes, she said we don't measure sizes. She suggested we try different sizes to determine her size. I didn't have time for that and at that point wasn't keen on supporting this store, so we left.

Went in there with my parents to purchase shoes. There csr was so rude and literally yelled at me! They use no courtesies, no please or thank you. Such a pathetic customer service. Would rather purchase online then interacting with their in store representatives.

Not bad, i like their shoes and purses but its not a quality that last you long. I purchase it when its on sale as the quality doesn’t worth the regular price

My friend and I were very obviously followed around the store by a member of staff. She was very intimidating, felt we couldn't browse because this lady was very much in our personal space. She lost any potential buys I was going to make at this location.

Worst customer service here out of all Aldo locations. Staff have bad attitude and seem to hate helping customers. If you want a pleasant experience go to any other Aldo location. Unprofessional and rude staff need to learn to smile at customer instead of scoulding them down - thanks

Fantastic place for shoes if you like ahoes and you like fashion then this is the place to go, there are all kinds of shoes and fashions to choose from for the sporty and fornthe spray, for the tickets and the dockers, shows for your YouTube videos and fashions form your tick tock videos. Whatever you need in fashion and shoes Aldo is the place to go. It's hip and modern and has great value for money. You can't go wr9ng whennyou go aldo

Hi I really liked Aldo Guildford Mackenzie provides good customer service and always welcoming her customer and goes beyond her way to help customers

They closed down the morgan crossing location without any notice. Bought a pair of shoes that I want to return and now have to drive to Guildford. Wish the sales person would have told me about the closure. So dishonest.

It's a nice shop full of designers, I recently bought an also shoe from this store, it's one of my best buy so far

Really good customer service that was fast and helpful. High quality shoes that have lasted me longer than other brands I have bought.

Are you looking for shoes that fits any budget this is your place. Even though some say it expensive I didn’t find it that expensive
