The instructor Jill was really good in teaching, her methods were very effective, some real life examples also given to correlate in real life. Very helpful course and very effective method.

Recently renewed my OFA here and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend coming back for a course with Sam again!

Jenna was energetic, positive, thorough and inclusive. She is an excellent instructor and will look forward to doing this course with her again in the future.

I took my emergency first aid level C yesterday and it was informative and I enjoyed my time there as Jenna, who was the instructor is excellent in delivering very clear details, was very enthusiastic and I would very much recommend others to request her as an instructor when registering for any of the first aid courses they have to offer. Wow what a surprise my first aid course was. I felt truly engaged as Kate"s high energy and Brandy's remarkable volume of knowledge made the course enjoyable and informative. Sabrinna taught my First Aid and CPR course today. It covered the standard stuff, but what really stuck out to me is that Sabrinna used very inclusive language and acknowledged racial diversity and how it affects your physical assessments during medical complications like shock.

I would happily take another course from her or recommend her as an instructor.

Rory was fantastic! Most interesting first aid course I’ve taken in 17 years. Rory had lots of great case studies and stories/examples. He even provided fake makeup blood to make our practice more interesting. Highly recommended!

Sheryl was an amazing teacher. Very thorough, great direction and clarification as well as showing us hands on how to do the right way of first aid and Cpr. I highly recommend Alert First-Aid in Cowichan. It was not a boring class! Interesting and loved the teachers sense of humor!

Second time using this company with BLS provider and then recert. Rory was great, engaging and offered great tips. Feel like I learned a lot despite doing this a few times now. Only negative is no practice with AEDs. Enjoyed that in other courses and I feel like an important part of learning. However, it was offset with inclusion of additional topics I hadn't had before!

Had a great recert with Rory. The course was engaging and overall well delivered. Courses are also easy to book and have a good selection of different days and times.
