Im giving one star because ALL the people I worked with at Alfa were fired. We bought a lot of vehicles there, mostly new high value cars and we had a great rapport with all the staff. Now Its pointless to even stop by as there is no one to talk to. Thats why 1 star and why we are taking our business elsewhere.

The best place to buy a new or pre owned vehicle. The staff is hands down the best. No hassel and treat you like family. Nicole, Reese, Allen, and Chelsea I have never dealt with such an amazing group of people when buying a car. We now send everyone we know who is looking for a car here

I was deciding between two cars (the Porsche or Audi R8 (at another dealership). I ended up with the Panamwra 4 e-hybrid. The main reason was the level of service my son and I experienced at Fraser Valley Alfa Romeo. Raman and his team were amazing and friendly. They can find you any car!

We had spent several weeks touring dealership lots and talking to multiple other dealership's salespeople looking at SUV's before deciding to stop by Fraser Valley Alfa Romeo on a whim. We are so happy we did! Reece (our salesperson) was knowledgeable and so helpful without being pushy in any way. He tracked down the perfect vehicle. Both sales managers (we dealt mostly with Colton), the finance manager, and everyone else in the building were welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. This was the exact opposite of every other experience we had before that. If you are considering buying a vehicle we highly recommend you stop by this dealership. We are so happy to have a "perfect for us" reliable SUV for all the projects we have coming up in 2023.

They ran a credit check without my authorization. Their reason was that the employee was new? Im in the middle of a dispute currently but what a sham business with unethical practices.

I had an out of town buy absolutely incredible service right from go. I was nervous about purchasing from out of town initially, but my salesman put everything at ease. The Finance Manager Nikita Atkinson uses abusive racial slurs. I can't believe they allow someone like this to represent their company. Clearly she is too young and immature to have a career. What a shame. Her poor family must be so disappointed in her. I will keep posting until action is taken against Nikita Atkinson.

In June, my father purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan. The first night he got it home, the van started leaking gasoline and the fire department had to be called in the middle of the night. Now one third of a year later the 6th cylinder is gone and the repairs are unaffordable. Reaching customer service has also been difficult since the gas leaked. This is not coincidencal. Human error is one thing, but as far as I'm concerned my father was sold a junker and they knew all along.

Just all around awesome experience and they go the extra miles and miles to make sure your happy

I am beyond dissatisfied with my service at this car dealership. Not only did we get taken advantage of since out truck broke down when in the process of getting a new one. After that happened we wanted to back out and got pressured into still signing.

Then after further inspection at the paperwork that they didn't mention the overall cost after interest. But its been nearly a month and we still haven't gotten a call for our detailing, as well as they were supposed to call be back about an oil change.

Then to top it off I have heard rattling the entire time owning this vehicle and they can't find anything wrong with it when I did bring it in.so I'm pretty sure we got sold an extremely expensive lemon.

Be warned, DO NOT GET A VEHICLE HERE!

Got a great SUV deal with low mileage! The buying experience was SUPERB! I have to commend Abbey and Kate for being so patient coz at first I was really skeptical. But they were very helpful and did everything to help me get my car loan.
