The manager here does not listen and recently had a situation where I purchased a car from the Vancouver Alfa Romeo dealership. The Vancouver dealership was purchasing the payment and they decided to take the deal back and not process our deposit. Instead they said they sold it to Victoria. When I called the Victoria dealership they said the car wasn’t purchased but that they were bringing the car to their lot. When I told the Victoria manager about the deal that we had made, he said he wouldn’t accept that same deal and wanted us to pay more. It’s a big scam. Do not purchase vehicles from these two locations. Big red flags and they do not respect their customers

Just recently purchased an Alfa Romeo 4C from Alex A and the team at Alfa Romeo Victoria.

Initial communication:
As I’m from the lower mainland, my initial communication was with Pietro, the sales manager, through email. He was quick to respond to emails and followed up with answers to any questions I had on the vehicle, including service records and a video walkthrough of the car. Just before I came in to see the vehicle, I realized Pietro had been emailing me while he was overseas on vacation. Talk about customer service!

Viewing:
Pietro went above and beyond and connected me with Alex, who arranged a car to pick me up from the ferry terminal. Before the viewing, Alex gave me an overview of the GAIN group, dealership and its scope of services, including a track and resort. Alex was very knowledgeable about the car, and you can tell he is passionate about the brand. He was very patient and thorough on the test drive. The vehicle was as advertised, in fact in better condition than expected. GM Barry also took the time to introduce himself and addressed the items I needed to close the deal - no messing around and straight to the point. Finance manager Rex was also great to deal with. At the end of my appointment, Alex made sure I got back to the ferry.

Delivery:
When I came back two weeks later to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted with a warm welcome from reception. GM Barry came by to say hello. Alex had the vehicle all prepped and ready - presented with a bow and under a car cover! Delivery was smooth as butter and it was an experience I’ll never forget. Way better experience buying a [pre-owned] vehicle here than I’ve had buying new from another brand that I came from.

Follow up:
It doesn’t end there. The day after I got home with the car, Alex texted me to ask how the car was and if I had any questions. Something minor came up and he FaceTimed me right away to look at the car himself. Ben from service called me as well we discussed a few things too and he was knowledgeable and great to work with.

Overall amazing 5* service and I encourage anyone to give Alex a call at Alfa Romeo Victoria!

Having purchased my Fiat Abarth 4 years ago at this dealership, I have always returned for annual servicing and a very minor concern last year. Having been in the transportation and hospitality sectors all my life, I appreciate attentive and proactive treatment and service strategy.
I recently brought my car in for its “annual” and was first met by Andrew who wrote up and confirmed my service wishes very thoroughly.
I then received a msg theta would be my link for any communications and a time when car was ready for pick up. Impressive!
When I returned, Andrew reviewed the condition of all important items like tire and brake pad wear and what other procedures were completed. The cost was below my expectations.
His manager, Ben, came out and greeted/thanked me then brought me to my car which was sparkling clean and ready for my trip home.
Again, the team at Fiat Alpha Romeo Maserati confirmed their commitment to a very high standard. Most appreciated! I’ll be back.

Exceptional quality service and highly recommended. Couldn’t able to get a car due to some personal reasons but the people in the showroom are very informative and helpful to the customers. I fell in love with and purchased a 2016 Fiat 500e a few weeks ago. The whole transaction from start to finish was seamless - paperwork, financing and insurance all done at the dealership. The car was spotlessly detailed when I picked it up and there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the trunk - Pietro's service was over the top.

I had a good experience since I crossed the door, the staff is very friendly and honest. They respected my decision time and facilitate my purchase by giving me the right information, drive test and details that I needed to know about the car. Also, they picked me up and left me in my house until I made the decision. When we completed the sale they still paying attention on my needs and I felt very comfortable.

I recently purchased a used car from Victoria Alfa Romeo, wish it was an Alfa Romeo, maybe some day! The car I purchased was a low mileage commuter car and it suits my needs perfectly and I am very happy with the car and customer service.

We were politely greeted when we walked in, and had a pleasant conversation about the car while we waited for it to be brought to us to inspect and test drive. Our sales professional was Pietro, he was wonderful, kind, and very respectful and honest! He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and it's history. Never once did we feel pressured during the purchasing process. We ventured in late on a Friday afternoon and completed the sale on Saturday.

Brendan the financial services manager completed the sales process quickly and efficiently, he was very polite and it was lovely chatting with him. He informed us of all our warranty options and had the insurance agent there to complete the transfer of insurance. Very efficient operation!

They pay attention to detail, made sure the car was in tip top shape, and that you're happy with your purchase choice. The car was impeccably clean and they topped up the gas tank. They never once made us feel we were 'just buying a used car', because the customer service was so fantastic! I felt like I was purchasing the most expensive car in their showroom.

When we completed the sale, our new car was in the departure lounge with a sign congratulating us on our purchase, and I received a lovely bouquet of flowers.
