Ordered through skip the dishes, my job site is a 3 minute drive away. Soup was cold and didn’t cook my beef as it normally should, I didn’t receive extra sauces as requested nor did I even get chopsticks or napkins. Now I’m left with a soup that I can’t even eat. The lady on the phone asked me to come in tomorrow to get some chopsticks. I was never offered a replacement meal. Terrible service on their end. I know ALOT of people who eat there and will no longer be eating there because of this

Starting off with the food, it is amazing value for the price. On top of the food tasting great, portions are incredibly generous. Wait times for food to come are also very good, taking just 10-15 minutes to receive your food after ordering. Whether you're ordering a Rice and Meat Dish, or noodles, you'll find that you won't be walking away hungry after eating here.

There are plenty of Vegetarian options on the Menu, and the Vegetarian Pho especially is a highlight. Delicious and filling with a price tag around $14. Cheaper than you could get Pho at most places in Surrey, with a taste to match more expensive restaurants.

The staff are professional and helpful. Haven't yet had a bad experience with any Staff Member there. Notably, staff will not come around to the table, requiring you to ask for help when staff are passing by, or requiring you to head to the front desk. This is both a positive and a negative. On one hand, you'll have no interruptions during your meal, or during any business you have to discuss with others here. On the other hand, you may have to interrupt your own meal to get up and ask for something. Personally, I love the style.

Finally, the Decor and look of the place. The inside is clean and smells strongly of Pho Soup, so there are no issues with Odors or Cleanliness. However, the washrooms during my visit were a major mess, with water (or other liquids) all over the floor both inside and outside the stall, and an unpleasant odor inside.

All in all. 4/5 Stars.

Honestly I love the broth of pho soup. It's always nice when feeling sick or hungover. I never ate the noodles. I realized that I can get the broth only it was an option and honestly that alone is a big deal for me. I'm gonna try the banh mi and other food but for now I'm happy with the broth soup it's best

About the best experience I've had! The waitresses were kind, seated me at a booth at window, the atmosphere was relaxing, not rushed. This restaurant is bright, perfectly situated at a busy intersection. I really enjoyed the lime bean sprout salad with jalapeno, it was refreshing and the egg noodle beef stew was so delicious, flavorful even the small size was big. Thank you.

Pretty disappointed, I requested spicy soup with my grilled chicken pho order and they gave me regular soup. I wouldn’t have bothered ordering pho from here, had I known I’d be getting the regular broth. I tipped the delivery driver a big tip too because of the snow. They should add the option to choose the type of soup you want and an additional fee for it (if that is the reason why they didn’t add the spicy soup) to the delivery app options if they don’t bother reading special instructions.

If you're not ready with your order don't go there. As soon as you sit down and you're not ready with your order, they will give you the eyes.

This place opens till late so we usually go here when we want to eat out late. Food are above average but not the best in both quality and taste. There are just too many good Viet restaurants in lower mainland so maybe I am bit spoiled. But parking’s easy and place feels safe considering the area.

Good food poor service. Literally the first time I’ve ever been asked to hurry up and finish because people are waiting.

Don’t go, worst service of my life. Food mediocre. You pay to be disrespected and treated really poorly, you can’t even enjoy your meal for very long before they start asking you to pay for your meal and then the lady boss comes up and tries to take away your bowl then say “you sit here too long, are you finished eating other customers want your table” you look at the door way there is no other customers waiting and still a few empty tables.

Okay place if you're looking for a late night pho restaurant.

Had the Large House Special and a single Fried Spring Roll. Total came to $20. The bowl that you get your pho in was huge. Lots of noodles and decent portions, which was appreciated. It was a little weird to only get 1 beef ball in my bowl though, when other places would give at least 2 or 3 in their house special.but we live in some bad economic times now so I guess thats fine. The broth was a little watered to my taste. It wasn't anything special. I usually don't put in sauces in my soup, but I had to add in some chili oil to give it a little kick.

The spring roll however was delicious. The outside was crispy and the filling has a good amount of pork. If I had to come back, I would order these.

I came in about 9 PM and there were about 5-6 other tables. My food was served in about 10 minutes. The restaurant was fairly clean. Service was what you expect. Ladies were polite. They don't check on you after your food is served.

Overall, it's hard to recommend when there are other great pho restaurants out there that are nearby. However, if you're looking for a late night bite in the area, this is probably your best bet. 6.5/10

This place used to be good but seriously the service has gone down hill
Asked for no cilantro in my soup when I got it it had no white onions I said to the server I wanted white onions she told me that the white onions get mixed with cilantro (cross contamination much)
Made me wonder what other food safety issues are going on back there
And my soup still had cilantro in it
Trying to get water or more tea after your food is brought to the table is horrendous like you just asked if you could watch them use the restroom or change.
Like it's water it should not warrant dirty looks!
Also tried charging us extra for peanut sauce when they only gave us maybe a table spoon worth with order.

10/10 would recommend going somewhere else for pho!

First time to All about Pho
Chicken Noodle soup with breast pieces was salty.
Received wrong item and the replacement never came through.
Chicken, pork with Rice was good.
Service was bad for sure, the person wasn't interested at all.
Not going back again.

I dont live in city central area right now but many things change there. 3 years ago i ate there more then 3 times a week. Now I'm totally disappointed. Specially when my waiter add his tip himself. Sorry for me is steeling. I gave a waiter a tip in cash but after all i realized she add also to card. For me she gave a terminal just to tap

Terrible customer service. Skinny Lady, might have been the owner came over to greet us, aggressively asks us if were ready to order. Like at any restaurant, we had a few questions about the menu. Every single response she gave us was answered with attitude and an eye roll.as she walked away, we noticed her snarling at us from a distance. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.

We freakin' LOVE this place! The food is always consistent, they always greet us like we're all old pals and it's always busy because the food is aces! 12/10

My favorite Pho place in Surrey. Lots of parking but I take transit and it’s 2 short blocks away from Surrey Central skytrain station. I love the #50 (marinated grilled chicken and grilled pork chop, with rice and salad) It also comes with a small bowl of broth, too. I usually get a Vietnamese drip coffee coffee. So yummy!

Been here twice and it's awesome.
Friendly and attentive service and most importantly.the food was great. Used to eat at the other place across the street (u know which one) and this is the new go to for me. Be back soon.

I really like the house special pho, I have 2 years going to the restaurant and, is one of my favorite pho place. This time I decide order for Uber eats and I’m kind disappointed for the portions of the meat they just add more rice noodles to the large size.

My mom was yelled at, and embarrassed in-front of everyone because she went to use the washroom first before buying her food.

I had lots of Pho, and this is the worst Pho I’ve ever had. Their chopsticks are sticky, dishes are not clean. Their Pho tastes so wrong, and they even serve yellow lemon instead of green ones.

Poor service. I kept my hand up for 5 minutes waiting for a water refill and the servers kept looking away.

They have the best pho I’ve ever had tbh and that’s the only reason why I’m even giving one star. BUT please do NOT dine in as they have the worst customer service ever! I’ve NEVER seen a restaurant servers/ managers acting soo rude and pinchpenny.

You might wanna try their take out service so you never have to deal with them personally.

My husband and I went here for dinner a few days ago. Food was delicious, fast and well priced. We found our new go to place for Pho.

My wife paid $2.00 extra for vegetables and got 3 pieces of broccoli top and one slice of carrot. You also only get 1 beef ball in your soup unless you pay $3 for another 3.place is a complete rip off

Good food, good service. It was obvious they adhere to the sanitization procedures. Very clean. Highly recommended!

Delicious pho spot and open late! I've been here about three times since moving into the neighborhood a few months ago and every time I've gone the service has been fast, the staff very friendly and the soup consistently delicious! I guess the prices are a tad bit on the higher side compared to some of the other places nearby but hey, they're open later so they still get my business!

Great quality food for a really good price. When I ordered for pick up it was ready in about 15 minutes. It’s nice to be able to get amazing food that quickly!

Friendly staff, easy to find, quick service, pho tastes good. I like how it doesn't taste as salty as other pho places.

The beef pho was below mediocre. It doesn't taste like it was cooked from scratch, which seemed to become the new standard for most pho places these days. At least, in this place, they give decent amount of beef toppings and the service was quite okay.

Pho tastes amazing however, the strawberry bubble tea tastes artificial and leaves a weird ‘pink bubblegum’ taste in your mouth.the boba is made fresh though

Been there many times.
Last night the taste awful and the service slow.normally waiting 5-10 minutes, but we waited almost 30 minutes and the noodle soup taste like boiling water with MSG only. ️

Food is simply great. Fresh and tasty, well presented and promptly served.
Would gladly give 5 stars if it wasn't for the reused chopsticks. Really?

Place still has amazing menu great Vietnamese food and good prices and portions I always go there with my father for a quick bite to eat every week.

This place used to be exceptional. Unfortunately when I re-visited here I was extremely disappointed. The noodle is soggy and the soup tastes like nothing. It doesn’t taste as good as it used to be. Also, there is barely any vegetables in it.

The best pho around, and a clean and cozy spot for a nice bowl of soup, or some yummy rice dish. My fave is the spring rolls and the egg rolls with peanut sauce. Your wallet will love this place! The staff are friendly and always deliver service with a smile. They love kids too!

It's really accessible pho place that is actually good. All the other great pho places are in the outskirts where you have to either look for it in the corners of the street or are sometimes blocked by construction works that goes on forever. This place? It's just right there!

Great place for hot food in a hurry.visiting from New Zealand and passing by and decided to stop, great decision.taste food, must go if in the area.

Spring roll and Chicken with Rice Noodle Soup is the best combination so far. The place is clean and the service is fast. Went for dinner here on Sunday around 5: 30 pm. Despite that it's busy, they manage to give us the best service. The tea is for the win too.

I've been here a few times and quite enjoy their food. Their prices are decent for the portion size and taste.

I'm giving this place a 4 star because I feel it can be a bit cleaner. The broth in their pho is quite nice, but when you order a rice dish and it comes with a small soup I've found that out of the several times that I've ordered that that soup is quite salty AND greasy which is odd because I'll try someone else's pho soup and it's like night and day.

Food was OK. Not a wow or must be back kinda feeling.
Waitress seemed in a hurry although it was not that busy at that time.
Tea cattle was dirty as if few tables before us had been served with it.

We had Pho in many other places hence 3 stars only for All about Pho In Surrey.

I have driven by this place several times, and told by some friends that it was the best soup. So I knew that when I finally got time, that I would have to check it out.
I don't give a 5 Star rating very often, but in this case, I feel that they definitely deserve it. Reasons are: The place was clean, the staff were very friendly, and exact, in the ordering process, to make sure that it was correct (I loved this). Needless to say, I had wonton soup with noodles, and NO cilantro as per my request, and also Taro bubble tea with pearled, and was more than satisfied at taste and quality. The prices are good, and I gave a well deserved 20+% tip for all around great service. I will be back plenty of times with friends and family to pass on good service admiration.

Good portions. Fair price. Had the regular phonwith just beef flank and added wontons. Beef is tender and breaks apart easily. Wontons are good with chili oil.
Will come here again.

I had a #8 soup. It was well proportioned and broth was flavorful. Limited sauces on the table but enough to satisfy your average phone goer. Would eat there again!

Yikes. Where do I start? The pho broth is so salty I woke up in the middle of the night looking for water. My half-Vietnamese fiancé pointed out that everything was store made, and not fresh. The noodles were too soft, and the broth lacked in flavour. The spring roll tasted like it was made 2 days prior and warmed in the microwave. Lemongrass chicken was fine but lacked flavour and texture. The fish sauce mix was clearly from a bottle and not from scratch. Definitely not worth the price, considering the rude service and the tiny plate of bean sprouts and basil that was offered. Pho Tam is across the street and any respectable person should avoid this “restaurant” and head across the street instead.

Ordered a food for takeout and sat right across the counter waiting. The staffs were too busy chatting with each other while my food was out and sitting at the counter for good 20 minutes. I don't expect a good customer service at a cheap place like here, but they can't even care to hand the food to the customer when it's ready. Worst service.

Food is pretty good and well presented.
Not sure why they chose to reuse chopsticks as one feels unsure of their cleanliness.
Staff is a bit loud and the place has an echo so go there for the food, not the ambiance.

I like the spacious layout of the restaurant and how the tables are not so cramped together like at most other pho places. This place was good when it first opened and I used to come here all the time, but I recently got food poisoning here a few months ago after eating the shrimp salad rolls. I noticed on 2 separate occasions while in the washroom that the staff didn't wash her hands after using the washroom.gross. Your order comes out very fast but once you receive your food, good luck getting any water or utensils with your meal because the servers ignore you after that.

Big menu, fast service and reasonably priced. Food and accompaniments were really good. Have Generous portion sizes and friendly staff. They sort their basil leaves in the dining area which was a bit off-putting. Otherwise a good experience overall. Have dined here multiple times and will go back.

Customer service is not that great and the charge $6.00 for tea most places just do it as complimentary want extra meat? $5.00 what for a few pieces and there meat is very low grade because it’s hard to chew. Last time I’ll be visiting this pho. Gave them too many chances.

Yeah it's good Pho. Menu is quite extensive with lots of good food. My only suggestion would be that the broth in my soup could have been a bit hotter but I do recommend this place. Clean and bright.

Friendly, efficient staff. Low prices. Broth in the pho was absolutely delicious and piping hot. We had the both beef and seafood pho. Clean restaurant and washroom. We'll be back!

Amazing pho, love the fast and friendly service. Prices are good and of course the broth is awsome. My favourite is the spicy noodle soups (bun bo hue number #27) or the rare beef pho (number #7) but I'm pretty sure all their pho is awesome.

My preferred place for pho these days. Take out is fast and hot, and the restaurant itself is kind and helpful. I know they've had some previous bad publicity, but I've never seen any evidence of it during my visits.

Never eating here again. First off, the service was super slow, we didn't get to order until after 10 minutes of sitting there. I ordered the seafood pho and it tasted rotten, I couldn't even eat the shrimp that wasn't de- veined. I felt extremely sick shortly after leaving there, and spent the entire evening with severe stomach pains, and throwing up. The spring rolls were burnt and the inside of them were soggy and gross tasting. Worst pho in the lower mainland.

My FAVOURITE place for pho. The veggie pho with extra veggie ham is my "go to" meal. The service has gotten a lot better than it used to be a couple years ago. Their spring rolls (both veggie and regular) are crispy and flavourful.

The food was bland and the rice was undercooked, so much that it was crunchy. The waiters made us seem like we were an inconvenient distraction to their evening.

The special spicy soup meat smells like it's expired and they would not take it off the bill. A returning customer should always be right. Everything else was good, but if your paying customer is not satisfied with a dish offer to remove it from the bill. It's the polite thing to do!
