Puppy had intestinal issues. Regular Vet couldn't see her for a couple of days. Actually booked an appointment with another Clinic with a similar name. We showed up at the clinic with no appointment and they took puppy right away. Put her on probiotics immediately. Tested the stool sample we brought and a week later diagnosed her with an intestinal parasite. Gave her medication for three days and she's fine. Great Veterinarian and staff. Fees were reasonable and they put their flea and tick medication on sale in April.

This one star goes to the staff that doesn’t seem to know how to check a customer’s file before speaking. If people are rude to me - I will be rude to them! And yes, I will be going to another vet. Why would I ever go back to a Vet Clinic that thinks their staff can do no wrong and how one staff can comment on another staff at how they have been having issues with the same person as I did? Good luck with that team and office environment. Suggestion: Perhaps the management should do an internal audit of their staff - I am sure I am not the only one. I believe in Karma.

We have been taking our pets to All Critters Animal Hospital ever since Dr. Daudjee purchased the clinic. We have given him and his staff our trust in taking care of all our family pets. Recently one of our family dogs had dental surgery. The dog has a hereditary breed heart murmur. It was an intense day for us, but the monitoring of her vitals by Tegan and the care given to not keep her under too long, by Becky, was first and foremost on their minds. I call them “The A Team”. Thank you for what you do.

All critters hospital makes you feel like part of the family. They have been so caring and helpful for the whole time we have been taking our cats there. Dr D is the best!

The staff and vets at All Critters are absolutely wonderful. Appointments are on time, except for the rare occasion when they have to deal with an emergency. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. I have been taking my dogs here for the past 10 years and have never once had a bad experience. I am so greatful for all the help and kindness that they have provided over the years.

I am a Veterinarian student and I called this hospital to retrieve information for my project. Peaches, Tegan, and Karishma were so caring and informative, I cannot even imagine how amazing they are towards their patients. You have a great group here. Thank you all again for the help and time! I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

I was supposed to pick up pain medication from this NIGHTMARE of a place for my poor kitty who has kidney failure and he was supposed to have 6 days of releif which they charged me a WHOPPING 40$ for 6 days (way more than anywhere else) and on Day 4 he had no more and when i called them to tell them he had been shorted they told me that he loses it in The syringe and that i payed 40 for whatever ends up in The bottle NOT THE FULL 5ML PRESCRIPTION! SO FOR 40 I PAID FOR THEM TO WASTE 3 OF 12 DOSES! THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT CARE THAT MY CAT WAS IN PAIN. SELFISH MONEY HUNGRY VET! DONT GO HERE!

I really like Dr. Daudjee! He took the time to get to know our dog at our first visit, and continues to be really thorough with his care and explanations for us. She is a bit of a reactive dog and even still Dr. Daudjee doesn’t flinch! He stays calm and eventually she took treats from him which was lovely:)

Aside from the Vet being over an HOUR LATE everything was great. We arrived for our 2pm appointment 15 minutes early since it was our first time there and we assumed we'd have to fill out paper work. We were done with the paper work within 5 minutes and moved into a tiny cramped exam room. It was winter but it was sooo hot and humid and smelly and uncomfortable. The assistant weighed our animal and said the vet would be right in. We waited and waited and waited and waited. I was worried my animal might pee on the floor it was taking so long. I checked my watch, it was now 2: 30. No one had come in to check on us or update us. If they had just told us they were behind we would've said we could go grocery shopping while we waited since there was a store right beside the vet. Or if some vet emergency came up, I know it can happen, animals get hit by cars all the time or eat things they shouldn't, then we could've went home since we are only a 5 minute drive away. But no one said anything and we kept waiting sweating away bored senseless in the tiny exam room. Checked my watch again. 3pm. Still no vet. Still no update. I was ready to march out of there I was so furious. But if I left that means I wasted over an hour for nothing so I continued to wait. The vet finally came in around 3: 15. Our appointment was at 2pm. We had arrived at 1: 45. Her name was Dr. Linda Crews and she spent a lot of time with us discussing our animals health. She had a lot of tips and advice but didn't pressure us into buying products or getting unnecessary tests. I was very happy with the time we spent with her but very angry at the wasted time. I don't know if it's common for vets to run late for appointments, but if it's more than 15 mins I think someone should have mentioned that she's a bit behind. It's annoying that no one mentioned anything or tried to explain what was going on. I don't know if I'd go back. I was p*ssed off enough by the wait time to consider seeing a different vet next time. The prices seemed alright though. And the staff was very nice.

Scam Artists. We have a purebread Persian (lilac-point). We wanted her simply spayed. They said easy quick pre-exam. This exam where they gave her a blood test cost a whopping $155 bucks. During the exam wife said ' is this high cost and necessary, we are on a budget' he didn't pause, or say oh maybe delay, he went ahead anyways. They call the next day saying our kitty 'might' have aids, 'might' have leukemia, 'might' be totally fine, 'might' just be stressed. ' Test ' again. (imagine more money more $ 180 tests.) Our cat is happy, perfectly fine, tears around the house energetic and playing. Beware this vet. They will call you and list many fearful scenarios to get you to fork over more crazy money. We should get a refund, and this dude should be shut down.

Brought guinea pig in and when they said they worked on guinea pigs.we had brought our little guy in for his ear infection and only got part of the medication.when he got worse do to not getting the proper meds we had to bring him back and they refused to work on him.then they proceed to tell us that they dont specialize on working on a guinea pig.we went to another vet and received the proper medications as well as pain relievers, but when we finished the proper meds, the ear infection had already seeped into his brain and caused more damage then good.since he was suffering and no way to help him, we decided that we had to put him down. I personally loved how well they treated my puppy Maple, from the receptionist to the vet. He made sure we understood every detail, from the procedure, results, and medication. He also took his time in helping my family and I stay calm by updating us on how things were going. We really appreciate his kindness and care towards her.
