I had an electric hot water tank installed- it cost me $400 more than what Tratech quoted me. They also billed me for an extra hour of travel time AFTER the tank was installed. I had been quoted for four hours labour- the installer was here for under 2.5.

In fairness, they removed the hour travel after I brought it up, but then presented serious communication issues about freight on a special order tank- which they attempted to charge more GST on.

Triston, the installer, seemed good, the install went well, and quick- the issues seem to be with the office staff.

I wouldn’t use them again, which is too bad, because the plumber/installer seemed decent.

My family has called on All Elements a number of times for plumbing issues. Their star employee is definitely Stepan. He's a terrific problem solver and absolutely resolved any issue we've had.

Seth and his apprentice showed up early and worked quickly to unplug our sink. They were both very polite and respectful and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Poor workmanship. AE installed the furnace on the house we recently purchased. There was a strong gas odor when we moved in and was there for months. After much investigation, thinking it was sewer gases, I had Tratech come in to find the leak. Multiple major leaks were found at various joints all of which were only finger tight. Technical safety was called and informed us that the installation did not meet minimum code requirements and msot likely was never leak tested after initial install. AE told us that the way it was installed is common practice for their company and there was no need for concern. One of the leaks was causing flare-ups in the furnace which burned out a component of the furnace requiring replacement. The other leaks were pumping raw fuel into our duct work for months, costing us hundreds in fuel and creating a near explosive atmosphere in our home. You should also note that AE had been to our house a few times for servicing and duct cleaning and did not fix their installation. If you want to waste a lot of money and put your family in jeopardy, then by all means, hire All Elements.

Highly recommend All Elements! Kyle and his team were very professional, honest and great pricing compared to the competitors. His team went above and beyond on their service call, explaining along the way and ensuring we were happy with our new HVAC system.

First class company, does the job right first time, Kyle has a friendly staff, nice to have people I can trust.

I had purchased a house, and was having difficulty getting the NG fireplace to work. Tristan and his assistant came out to fix the NG fireplace 1 week ago, twiddled a few wires, and it is still working! They also looked at my furnace and gave a few pointers.

We had our gas range hocked up. Stephan was on time, he was professional, extremely careful, polite, helpful and cheerful. Great service. I will use this company again.

I hate to rate this service as 3 and I still recommend the service to others but with a caveat. Make sure everything is complete and proper before final payment. We had a new furnace installed after a meeting where it was determined what we needed and what we signed on for. The furnace was installed but incomplete as there was no way to run the fan only in summer months. We were told that a third wire was needed and they would not put in the 3rd wire. I said if need be I would go under the manufactured home and pull the wire if that was the problem. They said no. Checked with a previous company we dealt with in Oliver and they said they would have put in the wire as it is part of the package. Checked with a local competitor company and they stated they would have put in the wire. Both were surprised AE did not do the hook up. We ordered and paid for a WiFi thermostat as that is what was recommended. A standard unit was installed instead. Called and they sent over a different thermostat. Not a wifi. Told the installer it was the wrong one, he argued it was but finally realized it was not. He said that is the one they sent and he could not change it. Called the office and advised that we still had not received the right one. Later on stopped at the office and stated we still had not received the correct thermostat. End result - no wifi thermostat. Its no big deal as this one works but the point is we paid for the better model and have never received it "and" have never heard back from them. Also stopped at the office with regards to wind noise from the exhaust stack. Never received a call about that either. We paid for a 10 year warranty. Makes me wonder if it will be any good if we run into a problem. So I feel this is basically a good company on the overall but recommend an amount of hold back on payment to insure you get what you pay for. Other than what I stated the recommended furnace has been excellent and the install was done in a timely manner.

Had a shower drain that was leaking, Tristan came and discovered the issue and repaired it on the spot. The staff has been friendly, efficient and the invoice clear and well priced. Couldn't be happier.

I give one star for actually coming out from Creston to Kootenay Bay although they were late because they had a few appointments scheduled in the area. Kyle looked at my restaurant walk-in cooler, said there was a leak but he didn't know where and that it would be better to get two fridges than a walk-in cooler anyway (I had my cooler built a year ago for $10'000). He said then he would give me an estimate the same night but I didn't receive one until a week later and it was for just under $8000. I wanted a second opinion, semi-retired Royce came out the same day, fixed the leak, refilled the fluid and charged $220 for it. Now I get a bill from Kyle for $200!?

So, wouldn't it be like some couple would like me to give them a rehearsal dinner estimate and when they decline I would charge them $200 for my time?

Kyle and his guys have dealt with us on more than one occasion.
They were on on time as predicted. They worked tirelessly to solve our problems, not resting until they had all been corrected. Can highly recommend, low cost and honest pricing.

From start to finish all staff were easy to get ahold of, easy to communicate with and very helpful. They installed our hot water tank efficiently and well. When I had a warranty issue with the hot water tank and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Would recommend. Thanks Kyle.

Wonderful company! Courteous, helpful, accommodating. The installers showed up on time with great attitudes. Polite, efficient and quick. They removed and installed three toilets and took all boxes and garbage away with them. They even cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use them again! Very impressed!

We can highly recommend All Elements without hesitation. We had an air conditioner installed yesterday and from the first visit to the office to the final tweak of the system there was nothing but professionalism. All Elements took the time to explain the system and all that needed to be done. They even arranged for the additional contractor that was needed to hook everything up. They are an asset to the community and I would have no problem using them again. A big thank you goes to Jaylene, Tyler and Ryan.

Tyler was fantastic when he came to our home to do repairs. We had issues with a plumbing fixture, our humidifier and the water valves and he fixed everything! Further we now have heat in our basement, which we haven’t had since moving in four years ago!
He cleaned and serviced the furnace and air conditioner so we can feel reassured that everything is working as it should be.

I would highly recommend using all elements for any jobs you may have. Great service, friendly attitude and knowledgeable.
