They will rip your pocket apart. With just a few months experience. Stay away from this company if you value your hard earned money. Very poor service with high penalties for canceling.

We've been coming to Fred for years, he is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. A pleasure to work with every time. We drive in from Steveston to see him.

I tried to make a late insurance payment for a single mother that I was helping out. The insurance agent clearly had no interest in helping me out saying it was illegal to accept the payment asking for all of my informationand treating me like a criminal. Only I had made the same payment at this very office the month prior. I had the icbc letter with the information of the person and obviously didn't require any information as I had the exact amount I was paying to that account. I immediately went home and called icbc and was assured that doing this was not an issue and I should have spoken to a manager. I was quite disappointed by this experience considering I am just helping out someone in need.

For three years, I had been buying my car insurance from another agency. However the people there didn't seem able to understand or solve any emerging issues, including a current one.

I walked in to All Risk and saw Christine. The clouds lifted. Christine figured things out right away! Then, although I had bought my insurance elsewhere, she got on the phone with ICBC and dealt with the issue on my behalf. In future, I'll be getting my ICBC insurance from Christine.

Before trying to complete my car transfer transaction, I called 2 times and presented myself one time at All Risk. From these two phone calls and one visit, I was told all my documents were in order and my transaction would flow - and I quote - "like butter in the pan".

When I presented myself with the buyer, all of a sudden the staff started getting shaky. Somehow, stuff was not in order anymore and they denied us the transaction.

For the record, we went to another broker that completed the transaction with the same documents. Therefore, what this experience thought me is that All Risk are simply a bunch of amateurs.

This being said, Chris at All Risk was great (even better than the owner himself!). It seems like he was the only person in the company that knew another word than "no", since its all they were able to say.

I would encourage anyone to avoid these guys, as I seemed more informed than they were about what is required to sell a car in BC.

Highly reccomended, we came to all risk to register and insure our imported vehicle, which we brought with us from the UK. Strange tax queries, brand new BC licences and a vehicle model not recognised by ICBC was no problem for Fred and the team and we had all our our questions answered. We can't thank you enough for getting us on the road and helping us understand the ICBC system as newcomers.
