After a terrible experience with this company and having to settle in court to force them to address deficiencies we have a leak AGAIN in our roof. They refuse to honour the warranty we have with them or send someone out. Our roof is actively leaking and causing damage to our home and they are refusing to come out and service the roof they installed and that is currently under warranty.

Horrible company to deal with. They don't know what they are doing they go up on the roof but don't actually do anything. The women who answers the phone is a nasty cow and should be fired for the way she speaks to her customers and has a huge chip on her shoulder. I am amazed that they have any customers at all with her being the first person to speak to. I recommend Taves roofing great customer service and on the job with in the hour.
