0 star: - Receptionist on call was unreasonable rude and aggressive. Was not transferring call to manager. Was talking unnecessary. Not recommended to anyone to take their services because they don’t deal ur as ur new clients. Their staff is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Zer stars, this insurance place is not a great company at all.i had someone but a car from titanium and they used all write insurance for extra coverage n now she was hit by a car who was 100 percent in wrong.
Its been 8 months n they still taking money from this person account n they have been called 3 times by icbc to say it was written off. Do not use this company.so bad they took money since November, 6 months n no calls back or proper business respect for customers. So sad.poorest business I met. Customer service is bad.please do not use these guys.they do not pay out coverage or help

ZERO stars. I called to renew my insurance before it expired. I spoke to a man Jan 30th, They said okay no problem we can do it over the phone, They said they had to email me a link in order to get ICBC email verification. Then they sent the link and told me everything was completed. And mailed to me, there was nothing more I needed to do.

Fast forward 3 weeks later I got pulled over by police. Physically arrested and fined $598 as they said my insurance was expired. They did not submit my insurance to ICBC.

Horrifying experience. I will be calling to speak with the manager about this. Totally misleading to believe they had taken care of my documents. I do not recommend this company.

Roy helped me out so much! He went above and beyond to even meet me on a weekend to get my car on the road and helped me get the best insurance for my needs.

Lacking customer service.  I emailed this company on April 14th asking if they could offer me a home insurance policy.  I also sent them a copy of my existing policy.

On April 20th they responded to me via email asking me to fill out a 4 page Home Insurance Application and the agent said a "Quote will follow once filled application is received. "

On April 22 I submitted the application to the agent

On April 26, I asked the agent if he had a policy he could offer.   I have not heard back
Today, the evening of April 28 I still have not heard back and posted the above part of the review.

Heard back on April 30 with a quote

Have been with them since 2019, very helpful in any situation and give good advice, wont be going anywhere else.

Dealt with Kul, and this man is a bosss. Easily the best insurance experience I've had in life to date. Like chilling with a homie and getting insurance done at the same time. Honesty, and actually listening and helping with any concerns. Couldn't recommend enough

Bonny Singh is so helpful and professional. I am so glad I have been using All Write Insurance. Bonny was on site with Sukhi Bath motors. They make the process so simple and transparent. Bonny explains to you in detail so that you can make an informed decision on your insurance needs. I was out of province driver. He advised me on best solution for my situation. At the end my insurance was lower here in BC then in Alberta. Highly recommend Bonny Singh and guys in Sukhi Bath motors.

Most horrible customer service experience. Bought a car from dealership where AWI agent was present. He sold us additional insurance without asking us our needs (so highest coverage and lowest deductibles - which meant our premium was through the roof) we though BC was expensive for auto insurance, then we got in touch with other insurance brokers who assessed our needs and advised us properly. When we called to have our issue fixed, we couldn't get hold of people at their office (got passed around a lot) no one gives their names (what kind of business do you have to not mention your names?) the guy who received my calls identified himself as Rocky (when I asked full name, he said its Rocky, Rocky - disrespectful attitude) we couldn't get the name of agent who sold us insurance (we wanted to check if this individual was licensed to sell) we called ICBC they confirmed the name Jian. He was very disrespectful and rule. I would not recommend this to anyone. Not at all professional.

Great insurance agency! My family and I have been going to AWI for as long as we have needed insurance. Staff are well-trained and informed of all their products. They tie this beautifully with excellent customer service amounting to the only agency you ever need to visit for any insurance. Added bonus: they can deliver your car insurance to your work or home!

These guys are amazing problem solvers. I spent months trying to buy a new car from a friends dealership an Alberta and ship it here to be registered and insured for the first time.

I had so much back and forth between icbc, the car company and the dealership yet no one could figure it out.

It literally took rob 20 minutes to sort through it. These guys know their stuff, they are masters at odd circumstances and know the best way to protect and maintain a vehicle with relevant options and additions that honestly save me from my own dumb habits.

Local folks, busy humans, but definitely not going anywhere else for icbc stuff.

A time was agreed on home delivery, rep didn't bother to send a text or call to advise me they would be late (i sent a text 15 mins after our promised time). Rep dare to tell me on the phone the last time they checked it was illegal to text and drive.no excuse to not reviews text before driving.i will be taking my business elsewhere.very poor customer service.this 1 star is mandatory to be able to post.it's not deserved!

Been dealing with this company for years and years. Being in the car industry I have had the pleasure of dealing with many agencies over the years and no one compares to this one! I will never take my personal business anywhere else! They are the best! Completely professional and efficient! Highly recommend them!
