Alla Tattoo

So I got a flash sale tattoo yesterday. For the work itself I'd give a 5. But about a hakf hour after I left I get a call from the shop them saying I didn't pay. I was like I 100 percent did Paid him he took the money said thank you then put it in his hoodie. The lady on the phone Was like hold on maybe it was our mistake. She talks to the artist comes back on said sorry must have been our mistake. I have never been so offended I am a very nice honesty person. I understand mistakes happen but seriously to say I didn't pay. The lady working the front who I asked who I pay and she said directly to your artist which I did. My best guess as to what happened is the person after me didn't pay and they looked at who the 11am appointment was and my nane was there. (they had downtime and took me early. I was out of the shop before the 11am time slot. The experience ruined the tattoo for me, i was so happy to get this memorial tattoo for my dad and now it's tainted.

Worst customer service ever! Policies seem to appear out of nowhere and change to suit the owners preference! Will be reporting this business and documented proof further up the chain!

Alla has done a few tattoos for me now and more to come! She's very kind and does amazing work.

I recomend her studio to everyone I talk too. As well as always getting complimented on the tattoos I have done from her.

I first went to Alla about a year ago in December and I’ve been going to her ever since! She is truly a versatile artist and can do a range of realism to traditional. The pieces she’s done on me are some of my favourites, with beautiful shading and amazing line work. Highly recommend!

I got four amazing tattoos done by Alla.one as a memorial tattoo for both my grandparents and she got every detail I wanted into the piece. I have an amazing peanut guy and she did all the little thing I wanted to him. And a amazing cover that a lame black tattoo turned into an amazing colourful piece on my arm. And a little Minit too with siblings intials and it fit perfectly the way I wanted I can't wait for more:

Alla is a very talented artist with an extremely gentle and steady hand. I have 2 tattoos done by her and get compliments all the time. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and what she came up with far exceeded my expectations. I came to Alla in March for the first time to cover up a very old tattoo for me and she did such an amazing job that I went back twice more to have her add on to it for me and it to become a my half sleeve. She took my idea and made it come to life! I’m planning more sessions with her to turn it in to a full sleeve! I won’t use anyone else but her from now on! I love her work! I also have 2 done by her from her flash sale and love all my tattoos she’s done! Highly recommended her. I wish I could attach a photo to show her amazing work!
