Allan is the broker you want to talk to if you're thinking about getting a new mortgage or refinancing an existing one. We recently went through the process of selling an existing property and purchasing a new one. In a very challenging market with tight deadlines of subject removal needed to close deals, I left Allan with 4 days total from accepted offer to subject removal which included a subject to financing.
This was a heavy ask and the deal depended entirely on Allan getting us that financing quickly.
Allan went above and beyond for us, got us a great mortgage, and has been patient and professional.
