We did our second project with John at our new Downtown location last year. Despite a bit of communication issues with the estimate and dimensions which were later resolved, the project was perfectly executed, especially the lit exterior sign, it is just exceptional. Highly recommended!

We recently had signage created and installed by Alley Kat for a new café and gift shop. Their customer service is excellent, and they are very responsive. Despite a few hiccups in the project, their commitment to resolving issues and their exceptional customer service stands them in good stead with us.

When it came to the product and installation, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. The initial sign didn't exactly match the provided specifications. When we raised our concerns, they immediately acknowledged the mistakes and took swift action to rectify them. The second sign was much improved, and we appreciated the correction. However, installation specifications for the second sign were not followed, with the result that there are holes in the brick wall that can’t be filled.

We appreciate their responsiveness, and willingness to immediately fix the error to our original specifications. It’s always good when a company delivers on customer service, and we will continue to do business with them.

The service provided was top notch from start to finish. They did my company logo on my truck. It went from design to print and installation all within the same week. Thanks for the teamwork on my job. See you for the next one.

Great place to get business car decals. Phone number on the ad was a little small. And it was put under the spot where the vehicle window has a tailgate so it gets covered because of the angle. Aside from that the quality looks great and it actually keeps the vehicle cooler. So I am saving money while gaining some awareness. I will come back to get more advertising help in the future.
