I bought a Nissan Rogue from here, I took it to get serviced and when I did the vin and license plate under two different peoples names, there were leaks and axel was cracked, the vehicle has multiple recalls on it. The vehicle is an AWD and has different tires on it, the drivers train has been affected.
I wasn’t given the vehicles history, I got a car report on it turns out Alliance had this vehicle 3 times each time sold it for more money.
I have tried to call them and talk to someone each time the service desk person has a reason why someone can’t talk to me. Do not buy a vehicle from here they are just about flipping vehicles and not about keeping drivers safe on the road, to resell a vehicle 3 times in the span of a few months and not say anything is terrible, the amount of money I have put in the vehicle in the first couple months is ridiculous, the sales person said it would be low maintenance and in great condition Realistically you should be -100 stars customer services is awful, lie every time I phone to say the manager or assistant manager is out of town in the passed three months of trying to speak to some there is no one there. DO NOT BUY from them

Vincent was professional and prompt in responding to any questions I had about my car. However, my original dealer, Josh, overcharged me by $10k! Car was worth $23k at best, but he charged me $33k + taxes and warranty. At the end of the day, always compare the car sales price to market price.

Car was good, but these guys preyed on my naivety and legally scammed me. Luckily, my credit was good enough for me to get a loan to cover the lein after selling my car, but I could've gone to a Toyota dealership and gotten a brand new car for $33k! Lesson learned. Never trust car dealer.

I have questions about my car lease for my 2020 Toyota corolla but my sales rep John is never available when I try to contact him. The receptionist left several messages for him on my behalf and not once in 5 weeks has he tried to answer my questions. Terrible customer service.

My question is a simple one: my lease is set to end in Oct but I need to return it early because I'm leaving the province for good. I simply want to know if I can pay off the remaining 3 installments all at once so I can leave the car at the dealership.

Stay away from this place! Josh P.is not a trustworthy salesman and I tried to speak to someone about the incident that had happened and they didn’t even bother to update me on their “investigation” after I tried to do a follow up. Seems like they’re trying to just sweep it under the rug.
Don’t support this business.

Would not recommend to my best friend 10.000 grand over priced. Told sales dude about bad history promised great service right Tucson value only 19,000 not 28,000 missing jack part floor mat battery issue from start of getting it, car filthy from paint flakes and paint dust dints in hood, cracked grill looks like tried to fix.never again

This is an edited review as I had posted before with a lower review. It was low initially because i discovered after purchase that we were given 3 different brand tires and was informed this is a safety concern by our own mechanic. Cars shouldn’t be sold with different brand tires.

I did get a call and had a conversation about my concerns. I felt heard and we were offered reimbursement for the wholesale cost of tires. As well we got reimbursement for a car battery since it needed replacing shortly after purchase.

I do appreciate the customer service when things go wrong. But maybe their mechanic should also catch some these essential things rather than wait for the consumer to find out themselves.

The worst buying experience I ever had in almost 50 years of driving. Once the sale is made they tell I'm stuck with a vehicle I didn't want! I wouldn't recommend a friend unless I wanted to lose one.update: Talked to Jessie, was a waste of time.he tells me he is going to take me to court over my review stating it wasn't true.lemme know when court is Jessie.i'll hold the door open for you.as i have seen im not the only customer to feel stung by the no tell the price of warranty.

We bought a car here and thought we could trust it based on the positive reviews. It’s not true! We were in a rush to buy since we had our kids along and didn’t get a chance to look at the car closely. After buying we realize that there was definitely an accident on one side of the car that wasn’t in the car fax and never disclosed to us. We complained but they said cars can’t be perfect. So we left it.
Now we got the car checked with our mechanic and realize that all four tires given to us are not the same brand! This is a safety issue that isn’t professional as a dealership to do. No respectable dealer should sell a car this way is what we were told after. I’m very disappointed.

He is very professional, pays attention to detail and he got me the exact car I was looking for. His response time is quick and he took care of everything. The 5 star reviews here are no fluke. I stumbled in here today (literally) where my vehicle broke down nearby. An asian associate came out and went above and beyond with what I required and I was able to make some quick repairs on their property.

Now, imagine how they would have your back when you purchase a vehicle here.

Justin was incredibly compassionate and empathetic when we told him of our needs and our desires to upgrade to a newer electric vehicle.
He went above and beyond and made sure we left with the car of my dreams and he made sure that it worked out to everyone’s benefit. He truly is one of those rare people that will go the distance for his clients; clients who have become friends.

WE just purchaed a vehicle from alliance Motor from Randy K. He was very professional. No sales gimmicks. Got us great rates and made purchasing a new vehicle seemless right from our home. Vehicle was dropped off in our home town and overall it was the best buying experiance i have ever had.

Do not go through these guys. I was going to get a van from them but the finance manager lied to the bank about my income which I wasnt comfortable with. I backed out and he proceeded to tell my friend and family about my credit history.

Horrible first experience buying my fist truck nothing but troubles since the day i got it delivered and way over priced for the year and km on it. And mechanic could not fix any problems that the truck had sent it back three times to not ever get it fixed.

I have to say that my experience with these guys were great! I was never pressured and they helped me find my vehicle I was looking for. They made sure it fit my budget and after they had it detailed they put new tires on because it couldn't go out with the existing ones on there. The driver they had deliver it up to the interior to me was very professional and made sure everything was done before they left. David kept in touch and even followed up during and after with my questions to ensure I had everything I needed. They provided all paperwork required.
The only thing I wish I could've got was a second key with the car but with everything else you can't expect everything to be perfect:).

I have just received my perfect vehicle! Randy (from Alliance) was super to work with and the process was the easiest I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle. I am certainly going to be telling everyone I know about the super deals and the terrific customer service!

Truck was as advertised and they even offered to pick me up from the ferry, all around great service and such a sweet showroom. Could stare at those cars all day. Will be back to upgrade in a couple years will be back guaranteed!

The most professional and understanding sales and management staff I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. They found me the exact car I wanted for the payment I was comfortable with. But what was most important to me is that they did not pressure me into a sale, they gave me time and the resources to think it over first.

Other dealerships took days to get back to me on minor details/questions, but David at Alliance texted/called back within minutes. If you're truly looking for a new/used vehicle I recommend you call this dealership and ask for David in sales.
