Ben Suen is the most amazing physiotherapist - he is funny while at the same time a very compassionate listener who is very skilled at creating a safe space to support processing of trauma and emotions that are held in the body.

The new clinic is beautiful and I am loving the new acupuncturist Kaylee Dodds. She has amazing skills as an acupuncturist while also incredibly wise, compassionate and supportive with helping to process trauma and emotions. Together Ben and Kaylee are a very powerful team for mind-body work.

I am also very grateful to Jessica, Valerie and Celine - it is always a pleasure to see them and they provide the best administrative support. I also love that insurance can be billed directly!

Update November 1,2022 - I had my first appointment with RMT Rachel Hargreaves today and it was perfect. She is very skilled at deep-tissue massage, as well as being a wonderful supportive listener. Exactly what I needed - thank you Rachel!

I have been coming here for physio for several years and it has been great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The last few months I have been also doing my massage therapy here as well and it has really helped my injury recovery and sport performance. Great to have everything as a package with amazing providers!

I have seen Ben at his NV clinic as well as his Vancouver clinic. There’s a reason he usually books 2-3 months in advance. I hope after leaving this 5 star review he doesn’t become even harder to see! Haha. Ben knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable. I have seen many physio’s in my 20+ years of rugby and Ben is hands down the best.

I saw Klara Schwab at North Shore Physiotherapy following a car accident in 2016. I hadn’t been back since last year, 2019 so when I returned for a different issue I was delighted to see that the clinic seems even more friendly, efficient and proficient than it was. Klara was gloved and masked, diligently keeping the environment safe while still working her amazing magic. Kudos to all.

I was so relieved to have the physio rehabilitating help from this clinic & have already seen a improvement from the exercises given. I highly recommend this clinic.

Staff is pofessional and friendly! I've been treated by Ben Suen a number of times and greatly appreciate his high level of skill and attention to detail. His treatments have really helped with some chronic issues and he has given me tools to maintain my health as well.

Love this physio clinic! Super friendly staff, good parking and good open availability. My work schedule is always changing but Jessica is always able to book me in when I’m available. I’ve seen almost all of the physiotherapists and they all have their own unique skills. Highly recommend this clinic if you have any injuries and/or an ICBC claim.

Had a great first experience. They put in a great effort to both make sure I understood what happened with my injury and took steps to outline a path to getting better. They even provided a visual nightly training recommendation which has helped me keep on top of what I have to work on in my own time in order to get back to 100%.

I love the team at North Vancouver Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic! I have had several practitioners at various clinics over the years for neck, back and shoulder pain. Ben Suen is the best physiotherapist in my opinion and the first to provide lasting relief from tension and pain.

Jessica, and the team provide excellent, efficient, very friendly and patient service. They are always very helpful with finding appointments for me that fit my busy schedule.

I presented with a very bad back. There were issues from the base of my skull to my hips. After only one session with Ben Suen, I can already notice some improvement.

Jennifer is great to work with! She's helped me recover in so many ways and has been so caring throughout the entire recovery process, made the overall experience an extremely positive one. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming and I would highly recommend!

North Vancouver Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic helped me a lot when I got injured from work. The staff really know what they are doing and my injury was treated earlier than I expected. Because of their great service, I was able to report to work earlier.

All the staff members are super polite and friendly and, willing to help out with anything. I'm currently working with physician Jen Scott and she is amazing! She knows a lot and always explains everything she's doing with love and kindness. Their location is another bonus with plenty of parking spaces and near to a pharmacy. I totally recommend this place!

I had a workplace accident and subsequent surgery. So my time spent at physio has exceeded 2 yrs. That’s a long time but North Vancouver Physio and Sports clinic physio’s have been excellent. A special shout-out to Jamie, Sam & Johnathon not to forget the uber confident front desk staff - Jessica, Valerie & Julia. My treatments have been comprehensive and allowed me to work with less pain prior to surgery and contributed to my successful outcome post surgery. I wouldn’t have my physio treatments anywhere else.
