I highly recommend this place specially, Richard Guevarra. - RMT. He listened, focused and professional in dealing my pain concern. Clean and nice facility too. Looking forward to go back again for my next treatment.

All the providers at this clinic are great, including front desk staff.exceptional service, very caring and passionate staff. I have been using physiotherapy, Massage and Kinesiology services at this location for a long time.

Worst clinic have ever seen, staff is we and unprofessional. They book me for vertigo appointment but when I went they told me she is not available and because I came so they have to charge me and I can have normal physio session.
They told me they rebook my appointment but the next time I visited there was nothing on their calendar Bcz they forgot to add in their calendar. Waste of time and money.

I’ve had nothing but polite professional service from this facility. I would highly recommend them for any physio therapy you may need I’ve been visiting this location on 152nd ave in Surrey for several months now and continue to be very happy with thier service. Thank you!

I have been going to this Physio clinic for some time now, and I must say, I am totally at ease, being a regular, the front desk staff is very efficient, polite and always eager to help!
My Physio Ms. Pooja Attrey is a true professional, very thorough with the assessment and treatments! She is friendly and genuinely works hard to treats my injuries, suggests excercises and postures to help with the problem.
Five stars for cleanliness, friendly staff and punctuality!

This is a wonderful place to get physio treatment. The staff is very friendly. Himani (physio) has been providing exceptional treatment for recovery after accident. She targets the right spot and you feel difference after the first visit.

My comments today are solely about the management and the customer service from this clinic.

This clinic's management and customer service are AWFUL! SO AWFUL! The manager who "helped" me today is CUNNING, SLIPPERY, and RUDE!

She admitted the clinic's mistake, and saying she was helping me "by asking me to provide the information on a wrong transaction that the front-desk made in Dec 2022". She said the clinic didn't have the information. The transaction was a wrong charge to me for purchasing some equipment which was fully covered by ICBC.

In Dec 2022, the front-desk phoned me and left me a message about the refund; saying that a cheque would be issued to me for the refund.

(I was out of town for two months) Early March 2023, I came to the clinic, asking about the refund. The front-desk said it's expired, would re-issue a new cheque. April 3,2023, I came to the clinic again, inquiring about the refund, I was told that the cheque was mailed to me. I asked when it was mailed, she said in Dec 2022! I had never received any refund cheque!

Then the manager asked me to provide the information on the payment I made for the wrong transaction. Well, I went home and got the credit card statement and told her the amount. (Guess what, she was smartly waiting for me to give the information.) The manager then said, the wrong payment for the equipment was actually not for the equipment, it's for an unpaid treatment I received in Nov 2022! (I don't have any record for an unpaid session in Nov 2022.)

In the whole story, the clinic had never disclose any info to me about the unpaid session in Nov 2022. In Dec 2022, I had another two sessions and I had made both in full payments.

Until April 3,2023, when I asked about the refund for the wrong payment, the manager said the clinic used the refund to cover the unpaid session! !

What a CLEVER and CUNNING manager! She successfully helped the clinic make EXTRA profit by SECRETLY turning my refund to the so-called unpaid session occurred FIVE months ago!

This manager was so skillful in talking and justifying her point of view, that I was greatly astonished and speechless! I was totally provoked by her "professional" justification of smartly turning black to white!

Moreover, there was one time that I went to a pre-booked appointment; when I arrived, the front-desk told me that the appointment was cancelled! They never gave me any early notice!

Also, I had a credit of $130.the clinic secretly revoked that credit! What a "WONDERFUL" management!

Since 0 star is not applicable for post my message, I had to select 1 star.

I would highly suggest that the practitioners working at this clinic pursue their career somewhere else. The awful management could ruin your career!

I’ve been bringing a family member here to the Fleetwood branch for postop knee replacement physiotherapy. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and helpful to change or adjust an appointment. The physio is professional and approachable and answers questions. There is ample parking outside and facilities are clean. Only improvement I would have liked the exercises sent by email sooner. Thanks for helping people get better!

Maninder Kang was a very professional physiotherapist, she explained and answered all the questions you need to know and, most of all, friendly.
I can recommend her.

Anjan Shergill is a very caring and knowledgeable physiotherapist. I had my right shoulder rotator cuff surgery previously and i requested for her to help me with my left rotator cuff this time. I highly recommend her.
I also find the manager and her staff very friendly.

Maninder Kang well experienced. Treated my neck, shoulders and lower back. Highly recommended!
