Venkata Prasad is the most knowledgeable, patient and caring physiotherapist I have ever met in my life. He is a kind and professional therapist and I would recommend him without any hesitation. He is one of the very few people who knows what they are doing in this profession. I want to thank him for everything he has done for my family and friends. I would also like to mention all of the receptionists are great with a welcoming smile. ️️️️️️️️️️

Dr venkata i was in pain that I thought was arthritis but it turned out to be hip strain after 4 visits i feel great. I would recommend him to anyone in pain.

I came here for an appointment and there was a rat running around in the ceiling… I then brought my mom for an appointment a week later and we once again heard the rat running around in the ceiling. This is disgusting and very unsanitary, especially for a medical facility.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Both the physiotherapists and staff members have shown they don’t care about their clients recovery and are only looking to profit off someone else’s pain, get a pay cheque and leave. Take it from a previous client, don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this money hungry company. There are LOTS of physiotherapy clinics who actually care within walking distance!

I was helped by a girl on the phone i think her name is tanny? She lacked customer service and made everything more confusing when I was talking to her. Very frustrating. I will not be coming here now!

I highly recommend Allied Physio (Panorama) for any treatments you need! The front desk staff are extremely polite, welcoming and patient with any scheduling changes. Jon, the Kinesiologist is dedicated and beyond knowledgeable with the exercises he provides. He not only focuses on the goals set, but also ensures to check in with his clients at the beginning of the session to determine whether or not different exercises would be beneficial for the day. He is definitely flexible and easy going to work with! Likewise, Venkata, the Physiotherapist also provides exceptional treatments. Venkata consistently checks in on pain/tolerance level, explains what muscles he is working on, what the benefits of the treatment/stretches are and is constantly giving suggestions on how to improve movement. Venkata, just as all the other staff members is also patient and understanding of client pain. He also goes the extra step to research and expand your knowledge about topics that he is asked about. Definitely recommend this clinic, especially Jon and Venkata! They take client treatments seriously and portray true care and effort!

I highly recommend Neha Mankar if you need concussion treatment. When I had an accident 6 months ago, I thought the concussin symptoms will go away within a few months. However, it was still there when I tried to go back to workplace. I feel lucky to have Neha during my recovery, she is so knowledgable, confident and caring. She even wrote to my employer stating my status and draft GRTW schedule at each stage. My suggestion is to seek professional's treatment immidiately if you are diagnosed with concussion, don't wait.
