Dr. Vaish has been our family doctor for over 3 years now and I can confidently say he’s the best doctor we’ve had. He is very personable, professional and patient! He actually takes the time with his patients and you don’t feel rushed or that you can only inquire about 1 specific issue. He guided me through the start of my pregnancy until I was ready for an OB then has been absolutely wonderful with our little one’s check ups.
The current receptionist is lovely and welcoming and can get our family in for a check up with barely any wait time. Definitely recommend!

Dr Hakobyn is great. Very pleasant and helpful. But trying to make an appointment is very painful. I have called all day during business hours and every time I get the ‘the person is unavailable’ message with no option to leave a message or a call back number. The office really needs a new phone system.

Rudest receptionist i’ve ever met! She would rather be texting on her phone than talk to patients and respond like a incompetent teenage girl.

The ladies at reception are so rude and clearly aren’t proper MOA’s! I just phoned and I said hello multiple times and waited for a response, only for me to hear the staff going through the voicemails and deleting them, I heard what should’ve been confidential information but I heard all through the phone. The staff didn’t know I was on the line listening until I started to dial numbers on my end, that’s when they hung up. Very unprofessional and I’m glad I was able to witness this sickening behaviour, it saddens me that we pay our taxes and go to these doctors for help and leave voicemails to get their attention… but they just delete them. Every single message I would hear, a person would mention their name and would start to explain what they’re calling about and all you hear is “message is deleted” next message. They don’t even bother listening! Disgusting

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC DOCTOR. To begin with, the ladies at the reception indeed are very rude. Then comes Dr. Vahan, absolutely useless and refused to prescribe my medication and give me a doctor’s note. I gave him proper reports and everything and he said ‘sorry I don’t know you’.

Extremely rude and kept shutting me off. The worst thing was he ended the conversation by saying that your condition is not urgent. I’m wondering how can a doctor simply label someone’s mental health as not serious.

The sad part is that these guys don’t even care about their reviews as they know people don’t have anywhere else to go.

Dr Vaish is very kind and honest, I had a good conversation with him. But the girls at the front desk put me in a very uncomfortable position when they took me in the room. They sat me down and told me off and questioned me for leaving a 2 star review. One was asking me why I left a review while the other stood there listening. I found the entire experience very unprofessional and unnecessary. My reason for the previous review was due to the lack of communication from the office, never receiving a call back unless and constantly being cut off mid conversation; and now, the way i was spoken to. I haven’t had a good experience with them since i’ve been a new patient. I don’t feel like it was their place to go out of their way to put a patient in such an uncomfortable position they way they did to me. It was embarrassing and I don’t appreciate being questioned in person by the MOAs about why I left an honest review considering my recent experience.
