Aloha Whistler Accommodations

We returned to Crystal Ridge through Aloha for another great Whistler trip in January 2024. This is the fourth time using Aloha Property Services and I can't say enough about them.

The unit was clean and tidy (as always). The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of linen and towels.

If I had one very minor complaint, I wish the Master Bedroom had a King Size bed and a TV. Having said that, I slept really well and have nothing to really complain about.

I can't wait to come back to Whistler and stay in another Aloha property.

Very happy we chose Aloha Whistler to rent from! They were incredibly responsive. Location was perfect for us. We liked the Ski out with a little tiny walk to get back to the house. It is a black run to get back but it’s not hard and was groomed when we were there. We love this area because it’s pretty quiet yet close enough to easily get groceries, coffee or Pizza.

Great experience renting from Aloha Whistler for our 2022 spring break! It was our first trip to the area and first ski trip with 3 young teens and it could not have been better. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and the rental itself exceeded expectations.

Aloha's staff are extremely friendly, prompt, and easy to communicate with. Any messages or questions I had were answered immediately. Very much looking forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks Eva!

As is my custom (as should be everyone's custom), I do a thorough review of potential places my family and I should pick to stay at for a vacation spot. As we are rather fond of Whistler/Blackcomb, we reviewed potential places offered through Aloha Whistler. And we were not disappointed. It was the perfect place, which made our stay more enjoyable. 5 stars all the way.

We rented a home for a 3 day getaway and the place was amazing just as advertised on the web. Check in and check out was easy …. Place was clean and we had a fab time … issues were resolved immediately and messages were timely.

Great option for a pet friendly stay! The upper most floor was way too warm for us to sleep - lucky there were enough beds on the Lower level to accommodate our family. Hot tubs were super clean which was wonderful! Would definitely stay again! Thanks aloha!

Another beautiful home and another great vacation with Aloha Whistler Accommodations. The townhome was perfect for our family, very spacious and so well equipped- especially the kitchen.
Great ski in ski out location and close to the village.

Great place, awesome amenities, very cozy, very close to he skii rides and lifts, a very comfy jacuzzi, everything was awesome, second time we booked with aloha acommodations on the same villa, and the experience keeps improving.

We rented a condo at Cedar Hollow through Aloha Whistler Accommodations to celebrate my 50th birthday. The condo we had was spectacular, about 200 yards from the slope. The owners thought of every little detail. I'm extremely picky about the properties I rent and literally have zero complaints about the particular unit (#3). I was often pleasantly surprised when I'd find an item I needed but didn't think would be there (a coffee grinder! Wireless speaker.all of the things I brought with me but then found there). The layout was great for 5 adults. Having a garage for storing ski gear was ideal and having the hot tub was essential to make it possible for 50 year olds to ski/snowboard 4 straight days. A covered deck for the grill was perfect.

The same can be said for working with Aloha Whistler Accommodations. They answered every annoying question I had, were great with recommendations and were incredibly responsive and prompt with every response. They even left a birthday card for me at the property. I cannot be more pleased with their service and will absolutely used them again.

Cedar Hollow #4

Pros: Great location. Very responsive management company. Hot tub stayed hot and was maintained during our stay. Quiet. Heated floors in all bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent. Decent bedding.

Cons: Very cramped for 10 people (4 adults, 6 teens). Two of the bedrooms are very small. Important to note that the loft bedroom is 3 steps from the living room and is separated by a drapery type curtain. Access to the hot tub is through this loft room. There is no door to the master bathroom, so anyone lying in bed has a view of the toilet. Crumbs on the kitchen floor and odors upon check-in required additional cleaning and air purifiers. Only 8 dining chairs. Not enough silverware for 10 people. Washer and dryer is a tiny stackable unit. No ice machine in freezer. There is no entryway closet or storage for coats, ski helmets, ski boots, etc. Although the listing specifies parking for two vehicles, one space is in a tiny garage that is too small for a minivan if you would like to open the doors. The other space is in a first come first served visitor lot. There are more condo units than visitor spaces, so parking is not guaranteed. Guests are expected to walk all garbage and recycling to a communal refuse shed. Bins were overflowing and inaccessible the week we were there. Supplied firewood was quite wet so challenging to get a fire going. This is a property that was built in the 80s, and bathrooms and kitchen seem to be original. Total square footage should be included in the listing so that potential renters know how tight the quarters will be for larger groups.

Aloha Whistler was a pleasure to deal with. Anything that came up during our stay, like a request for additional pillows, was addressed asap. The property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Loved it! Highly recommend. Photo was our view from the livingroom.

Nice condo. It is the second time we have stayed at this property, and we would again. We have a group of 6, and the layout and sleeping arrangements work well. It is an easy walk to ski out, and the trail to ski in delivers you right to the front door.

The property was everything that it was said to be and met every expectation that we had! All our questions during our stay were answered almost immediately and we had an absolutely amazing time at Mountain Star 18!

It was the perfect house for our family in Whistler! Thank you
