Always great care, and they snuck me in for an emergency chip repair wth less than a days notice before my international trip! Would recommend

Constantly changing dentists
Woman dentist who is stepped into Dr Khang’s position (who was absolutely amazing) doesn’t have the strength to pull teeth, thus a lot of hammering etc, caused the start to a series of major migraines and flared up the sinusitis I suffer from. The history of migraines and chronic sinusitis was told to the previous dentist. Was this not on file, was this not read, whatever the reason fully unacceptable professional behaviour!
She is Not personable!
Was told she is adept, expert, proficient, and skillful. No she is not She is quite young, not many years to gather that knowledge and experience
Doesn’t like to be questioned or told what the patient through years of knowledge of their own body needs.
I will never ever step foot into that dental clinic!
Its been a week and I am still suffering severe migraines.

The girls up front and the dental assistants are the best

Doesn*t matter what you say the female dentist wasn*t strong enough and the area should of been stitched. There is a gap that hasn*t closed and food is constantly getting stuck
The constant hitting of the tooth caused the migraines to last for 3 weeks 6 to 7 times a day! Confirmed by dental surgeon and family dr.

I have been going to this dental centre for over 4 years and every time I am getting the best service. My doctor is Kyu Hyung Kang and he is the best dentist I have ever gone to. He is very patient and always listens to the concerns. Dr. Kang does make every appointment go easy. The reception girls are also very polite and are ready to help whenever you have any questions or concerns. I do recommend this Dental Centre!

I have been going to different dental clinics and Alouette Dental Centre is the best one I've ever experienced.

I had a really awful wisdom teeth extraction experience with one so-called famous specialist but I was totally traumatized and had bad infections afterwards. I tried to have follow-up with this specialist but everytime he was in a rush to see other patients and did not remember anything about my case. When I went to Dr. Wilson Heung, he took his time and did a very detailed and thorough check up for me. Knowing that the extraction was unnecessary does frustrate me but I am very happy I finally found someone who is not only professional but also responsible. You can tell even with a busy schedule but he truly cares about each patient and willing to spend time to help the patients in the best way he can.

Not only the dentist is great, his hygienists are amazing too. I care about my oral health a lot so I try to get my teeth cleaned and checked regularly, however, I am also very sensitive to pain and still gets nervous everytime going to dentist like I was still 8yrs old. The first hygienist Mary Ann was so responsible, gentle and she did a great job. I was sad to know I couldnt book her to finish the cleaning. But the second hygienist Karen was even more amazing. She was also very gentle but still did a wonderful job with the cleaning. After noticing how nervous I was, she even gave me a stress ball. She then patiently showed me how to best floss and gave me a rubber tip to help me to clean my gum better. I've been seeing over 10 hygienists in the past but it was the first time I was ever introduced with the rubber tip and it works very well with my daily teeth cleaning.

It it very hard to find a good dental clinic, so I sincerely recommend Alouette Dental Centre to anyone who wants a place for their oral health that they can trust for long term.

I absolutely love the staff at this dental office! They are kind, efficient, and very accommodating. I have extremely sensitive teeth. When I mention this, they are very gentle with me and try to find ways to make the experience more comfortable. The front desk staff are also wonderful.

Thank you for having us! From the reception to the dental hygienist, they were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and patient with the kids. Their office is roomy, clean, organized and they sent me the covid questionnaire earlier on my email to and check in on the day of appointment was a breeze and they followed all covid protocols at the office. Overall my kids enjoyed coming here for their dental check up

I have been coming here for quite a while now and I have never been disappointed. They are very professional, gentle and pleasant from receptionist to the doctors that do the actual dental work to the people that clean my teeth. Excellent service always!
At one point my dental plan was running out so they went out of their way to get everything done before the end of the plan. I sincerely recommend Alouette Dental Centre.

Great dental office, staff are always friendly and the hygienists take the time to answer any of your questions. Really organized and well run place. They deal with all the insurance paperwork which makes it super easy. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic staff! Exceptional hygienist I had. Very trustworthy and she explained to me different options I had and what the outcomes would be. My teeth are so clean. The dentists I've had over the years are wonderful. The receptionists there are A1. Full ratings for this office!

Very accommodating with my fear of dentistry. Dr Heung and staff are supportive and non judgmental and help me through sedation dentristy.

My teeth were in pretty bad shape and I've had plenty of bad dental experiences in the past making me pretty leery of dentists. But these guys are awesome. There's more work to get my teeth fixed but my anxiety level is way down from the first visit. Again these guys are awesome!

Pleasant people and apparently competent, as the gnashers are in pretty good shape after 14 years in the care of Dr Heung, hygienists and staff.

I have been coming here with my siblings for as long as I can remember. I used to love coming as a kid because the staff are so friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Dr Kaile is kind, calm and very good at his job. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists have all been really good and friendly. I have never had to wait and get my appointments quickly. I really enjoy it here.

Very very poor service especially receptionist!
I called to book an appointment to get my teeth cleaned since it's almost been a year and the receptionist tells me I missed an appointment 10 months ago and that if I missed a second appointment I wouldn't be able to come there ever again. I don't even remember that I missed an appointment 10 months ago. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke with me over the phone, considering it was almost a year that supposedly I missed an appointment not like it happens all the time.then says in a rude and threatening way if I were to miss one more I couldn't even go back Lady at the receptionist you are very rude that is so very unprofessional to speak to me like that, I missed one appointment almost a year ago it's not like I'm missing appointments all the time. Then threatening me saying I couldn't come there anymore. Why would I even want to go there anymore.what horrible way to speak to your clients after ive been coming there for years, I have never been treated this way in my life from a receptionist of any kind all because I apparently missed an appointment 10 months ago.wow.just wow. Will be taking my daughter and I somewhere else for sure!
