Alouette Taxi

Ordered a taxi for a specific time to go to the hospital. Taxi showed up 1/2 hour early so he went away, next taxi came driver didn't wear a seatbelt, sped and his manner of driving was that of a learner. Didn't feel safe at all in the back seat.

Very friendly drivers and if there's a quicker alternative routes. And if you are out late you might get lucky to get this one driver, I don't know his name but got him a few times and cracked jokes all the ride having me lmfao

Quick and friendly service. I was getting my vehicle repaired and needed a taxi to take me back to work. The driver was friendly/pleasant. The cab arrived within minutes of calling.

Never again. The driver smelled AWFUL. Drove 20-30 above speed limit including in elementary school zone. Going back to Uber

Not my favorite cab company in fact they are goofs because who else you gonna call out here in backwoods of maple ditch bc

The driver saw that I am a large man and refused to let me get in the cab. It was minus 10 and windy. I had refused to use Uber and Lyft because I have always been loyal to taxis. But this experience has shown me how important it is to be able to give ratings to individuals. I guess I am now an Uber and Lyft client and taxis have lost the income from one more person

At 610 pm in front of the dollar tree store I watch a taxi driver park in a spot for handy capped. When said I am handy capped and have a Plack in car. He told we to go fu-k myself and started yelling at me. Should not be dealing with the public, have had good days using this company, but am going to city hall and taxi board

First cab of the day was excellent; second one was dirty and one seatbelt didn't work

Our cab driver ran stop signs and red lights. He was going 20-30 over the speed limit almost the entire time…I thought I’d was supposed to be a safe right home? Cab #84

Unfortunately I had to call taxi today, called 3 hrs before the time I needed taxi for 2: 50. Waited outside for half an hr passed the time was which supposed to come. Called 2 times, each time they said, any minute will be there but after 20 mins came. In stop sign when taxi was in full stop the number for price still was going up! It was in 8.32 when stopped but got up to 8.42 when light became green and wanted to move. I don’t know if this is something new that I’m not aware of it!? When I got off the taxi the driver told me why I kept calling? ! Not happy with Alouette taxi at all but unfortunately not any other taxi service around my area.

Called for a taxi on Saturday, August 13/22 he never showed up, 1.5 hours waiting, had to call a friend for a ride.

Happy to take a cab when I need it but the person who answered the phone sounded so stressed she got me stressed and told me my address didn't exist and hung up on me. I called back and she was annoyed with me because I got the street number wrong, and told me to use my feet instead of a taxi and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again! I finally flagged down a cab and when I told the driver my experience he said I should write in and report it because that lady is rude to everyone including drivers. I didn't write in, however I wonder what kind of operation puts up with that! I hope her neurological problems are resolved soon the poor thing! Bless her, who knows what things go on in people's lives, I hope her life improves and she can relay her happiness into her customer service role.

JUST GOT HUNGUP ON BECAUSE I COULDNT TELL THEM MY ADDRESS FAST ENOUGH.he said “call back when you have it” and HE HUNG UP.hot fricking RUDE.so unprofessional.what if i was stuck somewhere and didn’t know my exact location.unbelievable

Just waiting over 30 mins, had to call back, they cancelled the cab and are jerking us around.
We called for one a few hours ago, and as the cab got here we went to leave and my 75 yo mother fell, smashed her teeth, blood everywhere. Called 911. Felt bad, paid driver $20. He said he's come back when we took care of our mom, as we do want to take the kids to a lake park. (We are visiting the area for a wedding tomorrow.)
Still waiting. Can driver who we gave $20, who gave us his personal #, not answering. Called for another cab. Waited. Called back, dispatch said we cancelled when we didn't. Waiting. Dispatch has called saying their is a can on the way. But still waiting. Over 40 mins. Kids are being punished for their grandmother needing to to to the ER. Class act.

I was on hold for 40 minutes and I still didn't get through to book a cab. I just hung up and called an Uber

Taxi cut me off on lougheed near London Drugs, and then proceeded to flip me off.if you have road rage, you shouldn't drive for a living.

Was on hold for a long time and when dispatcher answered he told us to flag down a taxi as they were to busy

Most times very fast and they have a lady driver who brought my wife home laughing she said best driver ever.

Most of the drivers are somewhat useless, if I was rating it based on the majority of drivers I would give it 2 stars. However, Sumit is one of the drivers in my area and he is the most amazing human ever. If you are calling for a cab you should ask specifically for SUMIT. Sumit in all his awesomeness brings the rating up 2 whole stars.

Booked twice in one day. Both time were prompt pick up and when I asked for an earlier pick up on the return they were able to accommodate. Great service

Unfortunately we had to take Alouette taxi last night to get home because Uber wasn't available in the area. The driver seemed friendly but him and his driving got more and more aggressive. He was flicking his high beams on and off when they weren't needed, blinding oncoming traffic. He ripped past motorcyclists and other cars. He was half way through a stop sign before coming to a quick halt. I didn't even let him drop us off at home because we all felt pretty scared. There were a few other things but I don't feel comfortable even just writing this, as the vibe was very strange. Please try and get an Uber if you can, where you can track the driver and feel safer in the car. Allouette taxi does not provide a safe service.

It was so expensive. The uber was 15$ and the same distance this taxi got 21$. Customer service was so rude. Terrible Terrible Terrible

Awful service. I live only 5 minutes from the actually taxi station via driving and needed a taxi to come pick up my family. They never came. The receptionist was also rude over the phone. Then I tried calling back after 30 min and they blocked my number. This place will go under as soon as Uber and Lyft come. Awful.

After waiting an hour and a half from 10-1130 to even get through to order a taxi I ended up just riding a bike and you think we dont need ride sharing

Allouette will leave you stranded for over 2 hours, terrible company maple ridge/pitt meadows needs to allow another company into our market.

Phoned dispatch number got through after lengthy hold. Dispatch said cab would be 5 - 10 for pick up since we were in "red zone" so there is always a cab "near by". 45 min of waiting later.tried calling dispatch again got same story 5-10 min wait. Another long wait later cab didn't show. Pathetic.

I wouldn’t even give this joke of a taxi service one star if it would let me. You call it takes a minimum of 40 minutes to even get through to someone, now you get through ok well you can wait another hour before your cab even arrives. Now you cancel your taxi because it is faster to walk home, you will get a very nasty, vulgar, derogatory phone call because they “didn’t see that you had canceled” now your phone number is on the “do not serve” list and good luck ever getting a taxi again.

I take cabs almost daily due to being a single mom who doesn’t drive. Today I ordered a cab.from super store. After an hour of waiting I called and they said they would send one.another half hour went by. Nothing. Had to talk in the cold and night with a 4 year old with no jackets and a arm full of groceries. Will not be tipping any of your drivers from now on as it was totally rude and just horrible what happened tonight

They’re always so INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. I would advise you to NEVER give this company business. I have had countless terrible experiences with them.

Ordered a cab and after 2 hours we realized the driver was never coming. Maple Ridge needs a new taxi company or uber to compete with these monopolizing, crude, and dangerous drivers.

My friend called to book a cab and when we called the worker was very rude and spoke to us in a very unwelcoming tone. Whenever we would ask a question they would sigh and reply with a snappy tone. Very disappointed in this service
